The open-concept living space with high vaulted ceilings, large picture windows, and skylights is perfect for quality time relaxing. Cozy up by the fire, play a game of foosball, or watch a movie on the HDTV while taking in natural light and views of the forested neighborhood. The sectional sofa in the living room seats 10.

The kitchen is open to the living and dining space with ample counter space, gas stove, French door fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Four bar stools sit at the kitchen counter. The dining table seats 8, surrounded by a large bay window.

Upstairs along with the living space is the huge master suite complete with picture windows, vaulted ceilings, a full seating area with sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, and large mounted HDTV. The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and jetted tub. The other three bedrooms are located downstairs and share a full bath with single sink and shower/tub combo.
