About this property

4 season private lakefront rental - perfect city escape/ lakefront oasis

Beautifully renovated mid-century modern 3200 sq foot lakefront home with every amenity imaginable! House is secluded by a forest of cedars giving you lots of privacy. Private dock and lakefront allow for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing as well as lots of other fun water activities!
House comes with a canoe, several kayaks, outdoor hammocks, a paddle board, and lounge chairs for the sun as well as several outdoor tables and enough outdoor seating for over 10 people. A large gas bbq is provided as well. The huge deck outside of the home is perfect for al fresco dining among the trees and sunshine.
We also have an outdoor shower and a hot tub with 48 jets that seats 4-6 people comfortably.
The interior of the house has a large living room with a sectional sofa and a wood-burning fireplace.
The kitchen comes fully stocked and has a breakfast bar as well as a dining table. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, the list goes on and on- You will find what you need here to make the perfect meal.
Just off the kitchen is a 4 season room with additional seating and beautiful views of the outdoors.
A family room/ game room is located on the ground floor with an extra large sectional, smart flat screen tv with DVD/VHS player for movie watching, video games, lots of board games and puzzles, a record player, cocktail video game table, and an air hockey table.
4 Bedrooms total- One with a king bed, two with queens and one with a twin bunk bed comfortably sleeps 8.

Sleepy Hollow is a private community so with the house rental you have access to its two in-ground pools, Beach, clubhouse, tennis courts, basketball courts, and many kids playgrounds as well - so much fun for the whole family to be had!

Please note- we have outdoor cameras monitoring the safety of the building. There are pointed at the driveway and the yard. Also, they are pointed at the deck, hot tub, and the waterfront as well.

Sleepy Hallow Dream

Had a wonderful stay for Spring break this past week with my kids. The house has everything you need and could think about needing! The host was super helpful and responsive as well. All of the photos are accurate and represented the property perfectly! We would absolutely stay here again.

Great family get away

This was our third year in a row of visiting Antonia's place. She has done a beautiful job renovating this house. We have really enjoy staying there and it is very comfortable for families. We were sad the hot tub was out of commision this time, but hopefully it will be back in service soon.

Great house for a weekend away with friends

We were looking for a house with room for two families of four, a separate space for the kids and a hot tub and this house has all of that. Antonia was great to work with and the house was clean and well equipped. Village of Coxsackie is only ten minutes away if you need a break from lounging, eating, drinking, reading, playing games, etc.

The house is so homey, great style, clean. Everything you need. The yard and lake is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. there is a downstairs floor with records and games for the kids and lots of toys and books in the kids room. I highly recommend!

Wonderful week in the country

It's a gorgeous house, very clean and well organized. The kitchen was excellently equipped. The grounds were beautiful. Our 21 year old son and his friends enjoyed the canoes, fishing, the jacuzzi and the family room. We all had a wonderful week. Our only complaint is that many of the activities we were interested in involved long car rides.

Great place to chill out!

What a beautiful house and location for a few days chilling out with friends. The house and facilities was exactly as described and pictured. We made use of the community pool, relaxed in the hot tub and paddled on the lake in the kayaks. The 80”s kids in us particularly loved the record player (we brought our own disks!) and playing Pac-Man 😊. Communicating with Antonia was also super easy. All in all a Feb trip.

Great spot for families

We stayed at this property for a long weekend in the summer with grandparents and 5 kids under the age of 10. The house was very clean and has a cool mid-century modern design. There was plenty of room for everyone and the home had so many great amenities for the kids- video games, air hockey, swings and zip line- that it gave the adults to time to actually relax. There is a calm creek with a dock out back where we enjoyed kayaking and canoeing. The community has a pool and a beachfront on the lake that we spent the hot afternoons at. Overall everyone had a lovely time and we would recommend for families or even a group of friends.

Great for kids

Antonia’s house is a great stay. She was very communicative before our stay as well as during our stay. The home is amazing! So clean and very well stocked. It was especially good for children with lots of toys and outdoor fun. The yard is full of shade and has many things in the yard to have fun. The community beach (much cleaner area of the lake) and pool was easy to find and to access. The dock at the house was not as usable for us. The boats were hard to access and hard to get in from the dock and the lake water was pretty dirty near the dock. The fishing rods were also unusable but my daughter had fun pretending to fish with them. Overall our stay was awesome and we would definitely come back.

A perfect Thanksgiving getaway!

I stayed at this property with some friends for the week of Thanksgiving. The property was so beautiful and we loved the yard, the kayaks, and all the amenities. Antonia was a communicative and accommodating host - she even left us a turkey tray and gave us great recommendations for places to get pies and produce for our meals. We all had a great time and hope to return!

A wonderful home!

Lovely house in a great location! We had such a nice long weekend here. My daughter and I loved the hot tub built into the deck. My husband and son spent a lot of time at the pool table. We walked down to the dock where there were several kayaks, canoes, etc. which we would have used if it were warmer. We are already planning our next visit back here next summer!

Great House With Everything You Need

Antonia's place was amazing! Especially recommended if you're traveling with a family. The kitchen was well-stocked with supplies for cooking big family meals. Beds were very comfortable. There were gates for the staircases for easy babyproofing. And three floors was perfect for putting some distance between the sleeping kids and the adults playing pool and cards in the basement. The hot tub was great for the adults, and the backyard had no shortage of activities for the kids (swings, tight rope, zipline). We usually leave vacation rentals disappointed, but not this time... would love to come back to this beautiful spot.
