In 2002 I bought an apartment in the South of France where I had to start a rental business to pay for it - it was a very impulsive buy and I sold my house to pay for it. I am an artist but having found I was quite successful at being a host with my own apartment many local friends asked me to manage their properties. Then a friend was selling his flat in Covent Garden and I jumped at the chance to buy this gorgeous place........
