Robin’s house is beautiful. We are a family of four and stayed with two dogs - plenty of space for all the humans to spread out, and even more for the dogs, with both the front and back yard very secure.The beds are comfortable, the whole house clean as well as cosy, lovely modern bathrooms, and all the modern kitchen gadgets too including espresso machine & coffee grinder.The kitchen had every dish, pot, pan and cooking utensil you could need!We had a wonderfully relaxing stay, thank you Robin!10/10 would recommend :-)

A wonderful weekend on the lake

We loved the property, our dog enjoyed the big backyard and the log fire kept us warm a night. We spent sunny days on the lake and would love to return again 🙏

The perfect place to relax with the family

Clayton Bay Cottage is perfect for a relaxing stay. The house is lovely, so clean and everything has been thought of, kitchen has everything you need.The kids loved the back deck and having breakfast over looking the lake (we even got to watch the paddle steamer) and doing soem puzzles. Great place to stay and relax before going back to school. We will visit again.

Wonderfully peaceful location

Comfortable property in great location. Lots to do, or lovely place to stay at home and relax. Front verandah for breakfast in the sun and back verandah for view of the sunset! Secure back garden area for pets/children. Cafe a few steps down the road for relaxed meal or lots to explore a short drive away.

Immaculate presentation

This cottage is absolutely gorgeous! Stocked with everything you can think of and then so many things you wouldn't have dreamt of too. The beds are so comfortable, bathrooms spotless and the front and rear decks are furnished luxuriously. The back deck with gorgeous views of the sunset over the river, then add in the huge fire pit in the rear yard and you won't want to leave. I know I didn't want to leave

clayton bay cottage

The cottage was amazing...neat and tidy and decor tastefully done . Robyn And Terry were verry accommodating hosts and made checking in and out easy and simple. everything needed for a holiday was there but a bit disappointing to find no cupboard space for food supplies. back lawn in places was in need of cut. but overall a great place to rent for a holiday. wd come again. was expecting a deli to be operating in the town but there is nothing there now. our last stay here there was a small Cafe/takeaway.

Booking was simple , making changes possible and not that hard .Location great , local cafe was amazing.We had two dogs with is and they loved the smells , the change of environment along the rivers edge .The Cottage had a fantastic front patio area and the garden was pleasant to look at . The gates are also a great advantage on the patio to prevent our boys from getting out of we needed them retained .It's also a very quite area ,if your looking for some peace . We enjoyed our time in the cottage .

Great stay at Clayton Bay

The property was well set up, didn't want for anything. The mosquitos at front door were the only downer - maybe a flyscreen door on the front would help. We'd like to come back another time 😊

Fantastic place to place stay

My partner, children and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was nice to walk out to the back doors and be welcomed to the fantastic view of the lake every morning. It has a great layout and plenty of space for a family of 5 to relax too. Can't wait to visit again. Thank you for having us.
