This was a very nice house for my family's trip to Old Orchard Beach. Convenient and walkable right down to the ocean, a very well-equipped kitchen, generally a very nice and cozy space. Our host was easy to deal with and everything worked out great.

This is our 3rd time staying at the house. We love the house, the cleanliness and the host is very nice. It's very important to me and my family to stay in a place we feel comfortable in and this is the place. There is everything you need there for a wonderful vacation, chairs, boards, carrier for the beach, beach toys....etc. My family loves it there and we will probably be going back next year for a 4th visit and stay.

We had the best stay here! The house was exceptionally clean, the beds were very comfortable, and we loved hanging out in the beautiful yard and patio. The house has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The beach is close enough that our young kids (3 and 6) had no trouble walking there. We were surprised by how warm the ocean was! We also liked how easy it is to get to other towns: Portland is an easy drive, as is Wells, where some of our favorite seafood joints are. Sara was helpful, responsive, and easy to contact. Highly recommend staying here!!

So nice! Immaculate, comfortable, inside and out. Kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms,laundry. Decorated, so charming. Outside patio, beach chairs, everything was clean, top quality. No rental feeling but home! Quiet neighborhood, walking to ocean. Fantastic location for restaurants, stores, site seeing. would absolutely go back, just for a longer time. Sarah is so generous with her home. Best experience, we were there from July 23,2026 to July 31,2026. Thankful we chose this home.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean, had all the essentials (and more) that we needed for our stay. Loved the gorgeous garden full of flowers. Sitting out on the back patio was so peaceful and relaxing. The house was a short 8-10 minute walk to the beach through a nice neighborhood. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. The decor was charming- I loved the unique artwork.

Wonderful Experience!

My family and I had such a great stay at this property! The house is beautiful and had everything we could possibly need! The host Sara was so nice and met us at the home upon arrival to show us around the property and answer any questions we had. The home is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Enjoyable Stay

Family and friends stayed with us at Sarah's house. It is very comfortable and has a feel of home and comfort once you enter the house. All of us enjoyed the outdoor gardens and patio spaces. Sleep came easy with the comfortable beds and quiet neighbours. We really had a lot of fun! Thank you Sarah for making our stay and visit so enjoyable.
