We are a family of 6, four children ages 14 on up. We have been coming to Old Orchard Beach for the past 18 summers. Our children absolutely love playing on the large beach. This past summer they took up surfing lessons with the Corner Surf Shop. Blake was a fantastic instructor! He took videos and photos throughout their daily surfing lessons and posted them on his website each day. We take long walks at sunrise, 4-5 miles! If the kids are for it they join us for an early evening walk once the tide has gone back out.

Why they chose this property

A breathtaking house that you simply cannot pass on. Memories are what life is all about. Spending a week here with your family is just as good if not better than spending a week in the South of France, the Italian Amalfi Coast line, Greek Islands or Thailand. Trust me, been to all of these places. This place is where you will truly be able to relax, unwind and enjoy your family. Best of all for most of you it is just a short drive to get to! It is a nice 1/2 mile walk into the brisk and bustling downtown area with shops, restaurants, bars, amusements, fairground, local parks, train station (direct to & from Boston in the Summer), and only 15-20 minute drive to Downtown Portland, with its fabulous selection of both fine dining and family dining to choose from.

A very beautiful, wooden staircase leading you from the 1st floor to the 2nd floor.

From the front door to the beach, it is literally 20 steps.
