Thanks, Nicola. Great to hear you had such a fantastic time. When setting up the house we really were conscious of all the things that annoyed us when staying in rental accommodation. So we tried to stock it with as much variety as possible eg a wide range of cups, cutlery, bowls. cooking appliances and utensils. Our pet-hate is the tiny tea cups and small breakfast bowls that are often the only ones provided!

Thanks for your feedback. Much appreciated. A brand new stove has just went into the house this week. The kitchen has a new stove (oven, griller, hot plates), microwave, all basic cooking utensils with extras such as electric rice cooker with steamer basket, salad bowls, platters, non stick frying pans and saucepans and BBQ utensils, heaps of plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs etc. I'm glad you found the beds comfortable and clean. We do provide free linen and bedding which very few houses do. There is a space of about 3 inches under the front gate so guests should probably not bring mini-dogs. We have never had any trouble with normal sized dogs. We have had dozens of guests bring their pets without any problem. We are 900 meters from the beach. We have a large Hills-hoist clothes line so don't really need a dryer. A washing machine, washing powder etc are available in the laundry. For all stays linen is provided for no extra cost. This includes blankets, doonas, sheets, pillow cases, pillows and towels. These items are provided for all our guests - hair dryer, bath mats, laundry and dish washing detergents, paper towels, garbage bags, tea towels, liquid soap, salt and pepper, large toy collection, tea bags, coffee, sugar, board games, badminton racquets. regards Mike
