Our stay at Mulberry Manor was perfect. Ann (our host) was more than helpful and had thought of every detail. It was a retreat with every comfort and convenience of home with an extra special touch of welcome. Although we were in town for an event, we will definitely consider coming back to just enjoy this lovely downtown with the convenience and hospitality of Mulberry Manor.

Mulberry Manor is a special little place. It is soooo comfortable. And its location in the heart of Lebanon is fantastic. There’s free parking right there, too. The place comes stocked and ready for you to get your visit to the area started. And the owner is very communicative and responsive. We’ll be back.

I stayed in Ann’s place for 4 nights while visiting Lebanon for my high school reunion. It was absolutely perfect for my visit. Very convenient and a short walk to the cute downtown stores and coffee shops. Ann was great with communication and let me know about local events and good places to eat. She had absolutely everything I needed for my stay. The bedroom window was close to the sidewalk and I was afraid it may be noisy in the evening, but this was not a problem at all. I highly recommend!

Wonderful Getaway

We live in Lebanon and love our town! Mulberry Manor was the perfect spot for us to be downtown and enjoy a break. The space was quaint and perfect, and Ann was fantastic!

We came in from Texas to a band competition in Dayton. We found that Mulberry Manor the perfect place to stay for our visit. It was 3 miles from where my son was staying with his group, so we were able to visit with him between practices and he was able to come and visit us too. Ann made our stay so welcoming and made us feel like we were at home the whole time. She took care of all the extras that you don’t think of until you arrive from a trip. From snacks to shampoo to umbrellas. I will definitely be back if I have the chance. Thanks Ann for a wonderful experience.

Cozy Retreat

Mulberry Manor is a perfect home away from home! Very well supplied and appointed. Location is perfect for walking to lots of places in the historic area. Ann is the BEST host and very proactive in communicating. We would definitely stay here again when in Lebanon.

This was a wonderful place to stay. I love the house. Coming from the southwest of the US, this was like going back in history. I love the area. So clean and quiet. Not too quiet and loved how the restaurants were just up the street. Host was nice and communicated well to make sure we were in comfortable. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful, historic home in downtown Lebanon

We were so impressed with our experience at Mulberry Manor than we plan to return again next year! The house was the cleanest I’d ever been in, decorated beautifully and stocked with an assortment of yummy snacks. Ann communicated effectively and pleasantly before, during and after our stay - house info, places to eat and things to do. A+++!
