The cottage was quaint and cosy but well fitted out for kitchen and bathroom amenities. Beds were comfortable though double bed wedged up against the wall.Although not specifically catering for young families, our toddler grandson enjoyed the safety of an enclosed yard. We brought our own highchair and bed for him. We just had to move the ornate coffee table out of the way for it and everyone’s safety. Previous visitors had adjusted the TV settings so we were unable to view anything initially but Rachel was most helpful in sorting out the problem and checking in on us over our stay.The location was convenient to local amenities in Woy woy, Umina, Ettalong & drive to the Reptile Park ! We enjoyed our stay and would stay again ourselves! (But maybe next time a bigger place when combining families with young kids. But to be fair , It is advertised as a great place for couples!)

Love Shake

Property was Beautiful, nicely decorated very well equipped, great location, upgrade on mattress's. Definitely will stay again !

Loved it!

Place was exactly as the photos show, was clean and has everything you need. Had a lovely weekend away here and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Amazing Surf Vibe

We stayed here over the last school holiday weekend in October. The property is perfect for a small family with slightly older kids, great rooms, beds and amenities in the property. Very cosy and had everything you need to enjoy a short stay. We loved the proximity to all things Central Coast has to offer. Rachel was a wonderful host too.

Best Stay

The property was immaculate and the perfect shack for a group of four girls to have a girls trip; we felt comfortable living there. The host was also extremely easy to reach. All in all, the stay was fantastic and everything was close by, including wonderful beaches. We had nothing but positive things to say about our stay. Everything was flawless.

Worst host!

We have used stayz few times and have always had great review from our rental places. We had to rent an accommodation in Sydney at the last minute coming from interstate. We have arrived really late in the afternoon and checking out 3 days after at a really early morning. We booked a 3 bedroom place for 3 people and right away the host called us on our mobile to let us know there will be an additional charge for using the 3rd bedroom!First redflag there. The ad was misleading and as we are already paying too much for an accommodation 90 minutes outside of Sydney, we declined. We opted to just use two bedrooms and use the third one as it is. Host said they will not provide extra pillows and blankets for the third bedroom if we don't pay extra. Ad is misleading as it said 3 bedrooms! The house was neat but really out of the way from CBD. You have to take roads that are winding and have sharp corners. Not ideal If you are coming home late from the city. The place itself though is tidy and nicely set up. However the host tried to extort us for extra fee claiming we have additional guests due to neighbours seeing 2 more additional people. The people who rode with us going back interstate did not stay over with us. Additionally, the house itself as per stayz customer service can accommodate 6 people and no additional charges need to be imposed. We left at 3am in the morning with all rubbish taken out and kept everything tidy. Again, all our home rental have been excellent. The host claimed that the place was left dirty and wanted additional fee. She kept on making up stories to extort additional fee. So many red flags with the owner trying to communicate with us outside of the app! Pls be warned!

Worst guest didn’t read the listing correctly… Yes there is extra charges for extr people and extra linen . Contacted you outside the app because the phone number on th app is not yours goes to your sister BIG RED FLAG 🚩 for host hence why you had extra guests and didn’t want to pay because your sisters listing. One of your guests left poo all over the bathroom ( cleaner said worst guest she has ever seen ) also read listing house is near Umina beach not city . I have hosted with 5 star rating on two other sites for 3 years I have never before had any problems I’m still not sure if this is you or your sisters profile with your sister answering your profile however it says something with all the stays you think you have done why you have no reviews.
