Game Room, Private Pool/Jacuzzi Close to Disney!

We would like to address your concerns to provide clarity. Regarding the pool heating, we were informed about the issue on the third day of your six-day stay, late on a Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, our suppliers were unavailable at that time, and despite our efforts to resolve the issue promptly, we could only schedule a technician the following day. While we understand your frustration, we did provide a partial refund to compensate for this inconvenience, electronics can stop working at anytime specially in near freezing temperatures as our listing description states, we do our best to resolve issues in a timely manner, but you requested a refund and stated you did not want to use the pool heat for the remaining of your stay. As for the other issues mentioned in your review—such as the playroom games, appliances, cleanliness, and furniture—we would like to note that these were not brought to our attention during your stay. We encourage all guests to report any concerns as soon as possible so we can address them immediately and ensure a comfortable experience, it may have been an easy fix. Our team is always ready to assist, and we regret that we were not given the opportunity to address these matters during your visit. The house is exactly as pictured, all furniture is the same as pictured.
