The property is newly built 130sqm single storey home with easy access for mobility-impaired people (Wheelchair friendly). All linen - sheets, duvets and towels - are provided.

Minutes from the Waipu Centre with its cafes and restaurants, Uretiti and Waipu Cove Beaches for surfing and swimming or just relaxing in the sun. A little further away is Langs Beach. Plenty of activities close by in the area including - caving, golf, hiking and horse trekking. Waipu also has an award-winning Museum and a craft brewery (McLeod's aka the Pizza Barn).
