About this property

Peppergrove Cottage

Traditional style 2 bedroom cottage with expansive rural views. Fully air conditioned, fireplace, private gazebo for guest exclusive use, all linen provided. We are only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Berry. Come for a real rural and farm experience, enjoy the outside fire pit and bbq, help us feed the cattle and horses and even come for a ride in the horse drawn cart. The best of a very quiet weekend on the farm with close access to the shops and cafes of Berry. This is great for the kids or for that romantic time away, or even the girls weekend away.
If a midweek 1 night stay is all you can manage, please let us know and I am sure we can accommodate you.

Our third stay with Ken, each one more delightful than the last. Ken is an extremely attentive, kind and helpful host. He genuinely wants to see his guests get the most out of their stay and is incredibly accommodating even making a delicious cake for our son's birthday celebration! We can't thank Ken enough for making our stays with him so wonderful and memorable. We will of course be back.

The place is so gorgeous. The cute little farm house looks out onto this stunning pond and the horses. The horses were cjiing out in their paddock; they were so friendly and the owners left out hay for us to feed them as well as wood for the fire. Again, it was so gorgeous and we loved our stay. Can easily recommend.

Lovely cottage

We had a very relaxing stay for 4 days. Everything you need is included and the view is stunning. Great location too, only a few mins walk to the Berry shops. Highly recommended!

A nice and peaceful getaway.

Peppergrove Cottage is in a great spot and has a lovely outlook. It's nice and quiet and it's only a short walk to the shops and cafes.

Ken has been a dairy and beef farmer for over 35 years and has 2 farms in the Berry district. He loves to show children (and adults) the workings of his farm and getting others involved.

Why they chose this property

Peppergrove farm is a walk from the main centre of Berry and only 400metres from Berry Showground. It is very quiet, very rural and definitely as relaxing as you will find.
