Beautiful house, great place to make memories

Very clean home, plenty of room for our big family reunion. Kitchen had lots of pots, pans, bakeware and huge pantry. The 3 floors were nice to have quiet when needed. Loved having not only a private beach, but also a clubhouse and pools. Amazing place to stay!

We found the property to be clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Bear Lake Luxury Rentals handled all communication and they provided excellent customer service. They quickly addressed all questions and a few minor issues. Staying at The Reserve is always a treat - we love the clubhouse access. We had 35 guests and needed to use the sofa beds; as is typical with sofa beds, they are not extremely comfortable and one is in the living room which is in the middle of the action. Just something to be aware of if you're planning to use the full guest capacity. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

This location was all that we needed, comfortably housed 20+ individuals, and had great space.

Loved the Amenities

We were impressed with the beach front access, pools and Pickleball courts that came with the property, as well as the ample parking for three trailers towing toys. But Mainly loved the amazing views and beautiful home.

Beautiful house - fun bunk room for the grandkids. Well stocked kitchen. Close to the lake. The private beach area is awesome.

Great extended family rental

We really enjoyed this property for our extended family vacation. There was about 30 of us and the property was really nice. A couple of the beds were in open areas, which made it hard to keep the noise level down for those going to bed earlier, but we enjoyed it very much.

Just Perfect

My family of 18 (8 adults and 10 children under 17) had a wonderful 4th of July vacation in this spacious, beautiful and well appointed Home. There were plenty of bedrooms and baths, gathering areas and gorgeous views from the back deck to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Plush towels and bedding along with a well organized kitchen made everything easy. We made wonderful memories. The home does not provide bath soap or shampoo, but that is all we noticed. Have fun!
