This modern townhouse is located in Rim Village, a scenic community that sits just six miles south of downtown Moab. You'll be less than two miles from the Moab Golf Club, 11 miles south of Arches National Park, and 36 miles east of Canyonlands National Park.
The interior living space features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and an abundance of desert sunshine. Come home from a morning of mountain biking to relax on the plush sofa, catch a movie on the flatscreen TV and Blu-ray/DVD player, or take a nap in the warmth of the gas-powered fireplace.
Use the WiFi to explore your many dining options in town, or prepare your own feasts in the full kitchen. This open space features plentiful wood cabinetry, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar, and an adjacent dining space for six.

With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this Moab home will sleep a total of eight guests (but please note that it is more ideally furnished for six). You'll find a queen-size bed and a gas fireplace in the master suite, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom, and two twin beds in the kids' room (which also features a TV with a DVD player).

We stay in this neighborhood every year just because of the room for trailers to park on the main road. If your bringing a truck and trailer with jeeps, stay in any house in this neighborhood.

It was a very nice and spacious home, close to arches National park and downtown Moab. Beds were comfy. Quiet location. Definitely would stay here again.
I thought the place met my needs well. Communication was fine and the house was clean. The washer and dryer have a mold and mildew smell in that area, I just avoided it.

Beautiful Condo!
We loved the furnishings and decorations. Very comfortable home! The garage door opener didn’t work and the water filter needs to be changed, so that didn’t work either. Only one pool was open and the hot tub was nonfunctional. Other than that, we had a great time!

The parking was not good at all. You could not park anything in from of the garage doors because ...
The parking was not good at all. You could not park anything in from of the garage doors because it was for three driveways so we were pinned in. The condo was not cleaned well the floors were dirty there was no coffee or coffee filters nor sugar I could’ve got a motel room and got coffee and sugar. There was only a half a roll of paper towels worst condo I’ve stayed in yet.

As I told Vacasa, there were several repair items that need to be addressed. I sent photos of 3 things: a kitchen cabinet door off at the bottom hinge next to the stove. a dining room chair with one leg about to buckle under, and the door stop in master bathroom had no rubber piece and had poked a hole in the back of the bathroom door. Overall, the place needs good deep cleaning in my opinion. Also, the property is confusing to find. Your address says Prickly Pear Circle, but the road sign in the subdivision says Prickly Pear Lane. Just a few things for you information.

Beautiful home, well furnished, nice linens, very clean, great neighborhood. Still had some minor issues. Toilet in master bath required jiggling the flusher to get the tank to fill. Both the upstairs toilet and the laundry-room toilet wobbled when sat on--both need to be secured to the floor. Needed to use the plunger on the upstairs bathroom tub/shower drain to make it work. Repeated plunging improved the drain, but drain was still slow. Both the deadbolt and the doorknob on the front door were loose, with the doorknob close to falling off. I found a screwdriver in the kitchen and tightened down both of those. (Have to wonder if someone had been abusing the doorknob, possible break-in? Inept renters???) Only one box of facial tissues in the whole place with 3 of us having allergy symptoms at some point during our 3 days in Moab. And last, but not least, the window blind on the largest window in the living room wouldn't lower all the way (at least we couldn't get that to happen), so there was no way to block out the late-afternoon sun. All of these things are very minor, but they're also easy fixes which will help the place look/feel better to guests. We would rent this property again, but would seek something closer to town first.

Comfortable well appointed condo
Spacious two car garage for your MTBs, 4 beds and a separate loft easily sleeps 4 adults. Love staying here when in Moab.
The condo was clean and was perfect for our stay. Close to the family wedding venue and close to Arches and Canyonland. Loved Moab! Great shopping and great restaurants. A breathtaking part of our beautiful country.
We loved our time at this beautiful condo. It was extremely clean and comfortable! We had plenty of supplies provided. It was spacious, and our family had plenty of room to spread out! The kids loved swimming after a hot day out on the trails. We enjoyed grilling in the evenings & taking in the beautiful views. It is a short drive to town and close to many trailheads. We highly recommend and would definitely book here in the future.

Good townhome
It was well supplied with amenities, spices coffee filters etc. the furnishings were comfortable and the towels and linens good quality.
I loved the fact that one living room window and the patio afforded me a view of the beautiful red cliffs. The highway is a bit noisy if you’re outdoors but the house is quiet.
There were lots of Moab brochures to look at
I stayed in this same complex last year and I like it’s easy access to downtown
Unfortunately there is no recycling offered at the complex and the garbage dumpster is totally inadequate for the complex

Nice condo if you don't have a trailer or large vehicle.
Nice condo in Moab, just be aware that the driveway/garage arrangement will not accommodate a trailer or large vehicle. You will have to part a block away if you have a trailer and with 3 garages bunched together the neighbors may block the garage and limit access.
