Welcome to your desert oasis in Moab, Utah! Our vacation rental is the perfect home base for your adventure-filled getaway to one of the most stunning and iconic destinations in the American Southwest.

Property Overview:
Nestled amidst the rugged red rock landscapes of Moab, our vacation rental offers a unique blend of comfort and natural beauty. This spacious and well-appointed home is designed to provide you with a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the nearby national parks, hiking trails, and outdoor wonders.

Accommodations:
Our vacation rental features 2 bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a good night's sleep and a bonus loft with a sleeper sofa. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king-size bed, while the other bedrooms offer equally cozy sleeping arrangements. Plush linens and pillows, and ample closet space are provided for your convenience.

The residence offers a two-car garage for parking and bike storage, and there is plenty of off street parking for trailers etc. This townhome is set up to be the ultimate family-friendly vacation rental featuring an arcade game in the loft, bike repair stand and tools, pack/play, booster seat, games etc.

Our rental is conveniently located just a short drive from the entrance to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. Moab's vibrant downtown, with its charming shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, is also within easy reach. Whether you're an outdoor enthusiast, an adventurer, or simply seeking a tranquil escape, Moab offers a wide range of activities and experiences for everyone.

The Rim Village Vista development offers private, quiet and beautifully landscaped adobe townhomes with walkable streetscape and amenities like the community pool* (heated late March - late October), hot tubs (heated year round), tennis court and playground.

*2026 Hot Tub Closure: Please note that hot tub will be closed June 7th - Aug 23rd 2026 while our HOA constructs a new hot tub (these dates are subject to change). The pool will be closed June 7 - June 16, 2026.

EJS week

Stayed there for EJS and was awesome to have the garage to work on the Jeeps and also relax in the hot tub at the end of the day. Rooms and amenities were top notch and I have stayed here three times and will be my place to stay everytime I come to Moab

Excellent stay, amazing views

This was the best VRBO stay we have ever had! Townhome beautiful with amazing views of the La Sal mountains on one side and Moab rim on the other! Enjoyed fireplace every night. We will definitely return! Also amazingly clean!!!!

Awesome place

Awesome place with good amenities. Cleaning fee is stout, but the place is nice and clean. Good to have the garage to put bikes into.

Cozy!

What a great place! I wanted somewhere that felt cozy and like a home, and this place definitely delivered. Love the fireplace and the bed was very comfortable. The only hiccup was the coffee jar only had two tablespoons of coffee in it (not close to enough for a pot of coffee), so it was a little rough of a first morning, but nothing a two minute drive into town couldn't solve. Sadly, I had to leave early because of the winter storm was going to mess up my travel, but I definitely want to come back.

Nice but loud with uncomfortable beds

Overall it was a nice stay but uncomfortable in certain ways. The house was loud - there are four wheelers everywhere...even parked in the assigned parking spot. From the master bedroom you can hear water from the upstairs shower and toilet. The laundry was loud too and the downstairs bed definitely needs new mattress and pillows. Our necks hurt which was not good as I was there to run a marathon. The location is lovely with the surrounding nature environment but I wouldn't stay here again.

Dirty and poorly maintained. Only basic cable.

Filthy. Mold stains under toilet rims. Dust and grime layers accumulated under master bed and broken glass fragments (rarely cleaned it seems). Mold and dust on AC vents in ceiling. Swelling door frame with water damage in master bath. Dirt from truck tires in garage and driveway. Basic cable TV service only, no premium services or smart TV available. Lightbulbs out in master bedroom and refrigerator. Front door lock barely turns, needs oil.

Great place to stay for extended time in Moab

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We originally reserved on vrbo for a 2020 trip that was canceled. We received a credit for our deposit, so we booked direct to save the fees. The price increased a large amount for 2021 (for all companies), but premier worked with me to ensure the cost was reasonable. They advertised the location as 2 bedroom with a loft, so what a pleasant surprise to find it was a 3 bedroom with a loft! The inside was beautiful, sparkling clean, and was well appointed with amenities, above and beyond what I have experienced at other vacation rentals. (Full spice cabinet, shampoo conditioner and soap in bathroom, lots of small appliances for kitchen, gas grill on porch included). The kids loved the arcade upstairs as well. The pool was a short walk away, with the only downside being it was packed every day from 2pm-6pm and still busy until sunset. We definitely would consider again if we ever return to Moab in the future.

Guys trip to Moab

Excellent location with great features and good price. We use the hot tub and pool every day after biking. I’ve visited Moab every year for the last 15 years and town is just too busy! Spanish Valley location is excellent for our needs. This particular unit has three bedrooms and a two car garage making it perfect for guys trip or a family trip. My only hesitancy is letting everyone know how great this location is. Would recommend to friends.

Excellent property

Property was as advertised. Large, well-stocked kitchen (plenty of cookware, china, and utensils). Mr. Coffee drip machine. A little short on glasses (probably due to breakage from previous visitors. One issue (not a fault of the property) was that the occupants of the across the street property parked a large trailer across the street from the driveway making access to the garage difficult especially when backing out. Maintenance needed -- all problems caused by previous visitors: 1) Stuffed chair in living has broken back of left side when facing chair; 2) door stopper in MBR bathroom has pushed through door panel. Housekeeping issue: Dixie cup dispenser in MBR sink area only had one remaining cup. Notwithstanding the above, we would use this property when we return to the Moab area for further adventures.

Returning home

The property was clean and located 10 minutes from town. My only complaint was that it was relatively close to the highway which wasn’t noisy if you were in the house but when sitting on the patio, even after 10 at night it was bothersome. However it is “dark skies” out there and my view of the Milky Way when there was no smoke from the California fires outside, was truly spectacular!

Great Place!

My family stayed here and we liked it. The floor plan fit us well. The kitchen was good so we cooked dinner every night. Tennis courts steps away along with a hot tub and pool. Five minute drive to Moab.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Spent four nights in Moab and loved having this beautiful home to retreat to after a full day in the parks. The home had everything we needed to prepare food in the kitchen, grill on the patio and have a glass of wine in front of the fire place. We had easy access in and out of the property with the garage code.

Nice stay!

It was a great time with nice location outside of Moab. We did see a couple of small spiders and there was a web under the downstairs bathroom sink. Other than that we enjoyed the stay!
