Overall, we had a good stay. There were a few things that were not great. Communication prior to our stay was good. However, when we arrived, the code for the electronic door lock did not work. We got in by using the back door which had no lock. I tried to text the owner but got no response. Overall the property was nice but it could use some TLC.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We were very disappointed in this house and I am sad to write my first negative review ever for a trip! I would not recommend this house for anyone due to many different safety issues and the absolute lack of cleanliness. Village Realty is supposed to be managing this property but they are most definitely not keeping up. I would not suggest anyone stay here (especially with children) until the very long list of broken items is fixed and/or the owner finds another management company.

The location is just a few hundred steps from the beach, & the decks and a hot tub were all we needed for the fun we had. When we had trouble with an appliance, the realtor's responsiveness was great, so relax and enjoy!
