Welcome to Edgewater 810, located in Tower One! This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of southern charm. You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast and some of the best sunsets you will find anywhere.
This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths. The gulf-facing spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath as well as a seating area to take in the gorgeous views. In the second bedroom, you'll find two queen beds and a flat-screen TV, this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo

If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher.

Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. Pier Park is minutes to the west and St. Andrew’s State Park is to the east. There are plenty of local shopping and restaurants located close to Edgewater, including FireFly, Dee’s Hangout, among others located within walking distance.

For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and Free WiF. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach.

Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities.
Age requirement is 25. Registration fee $50 for the first vehicle and $30 for each additional up to 3 vehicles.

We enjoyed staying at this cozy and comfortable condo. It was clean, updated, and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with the landlord was great and they were very kind. We stayed here for Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast with two children between 3-6 and 4 adults. Plenty of space for everyone. Condo is very nice with new appliances, modern decor, blackout curtains, and great views. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, clean condo with wonderful amenities

My family loved everything about this beach trip! The condo was spotless and everything felt new and fresh. The kitchen was well stocked with many cooking tools and small appliances. The edgewater pools were fun for the entire family and beach access was wonderful as well. Having a restaurant at the resort was also a plus and the food and service was very good. It is a great place for a family to stay!

Edge water retreat

We stayed in the most amazing room. It was decorated so nice, had a beach view right off the balcony. Also had washer/dryer and furnished kitchen. The check in process was easy as pie, just sent a text!! We had the best tint and will definitely return.
