Casa Milor, a modern, beautiful home in Playa Marsella, is less than a 15 minute drive from San Juan del Sur on the Emerald Coast of Nicaragua. Enjoy the privacy and peace of this beachfront retreat while still having easy access to nightlife, surfing, restaurants, and the best amenities in the area. Surrounded by tropical forest and with direct access to the beach, you will feel like you have your own private piece of paradise.
In the area you will find Surfing, Surf instructors, Yoga, Massages, own direct beach access, 10 m pool, big terraces and grill area, monkey and bird watching, horse riding, boat trips, fishing tours, canopy, bars and restaurants at the beach

Casa Milor can accommodate from 2 up to 12 people. Gorgeous views are enjoyed from the bedrooms to the poolside hammocks and everywhere in between. Surrounded by luscious forests, you can watch for birds or monkeys, lounge around the house or cabana, take a dip in the 10 m pool or use your own direct beach access to swim or surf in the waves.

You will have housekeeping and the same lady can assist you at the kitchen for a very low price.

This home offers direct access to the beach, a private pool, large terraces, 4 bedrooms, upstairs balcony, modern kitchen, grilling area, and poolside cabana. We can also help guests connect with surf instructors, yoga classes, massages, horseback riding, boat trips, fishing tours, canopy tours (zip lines), as well as recommend bars and restaurants in the area.

We can arrange transportation to/from the airport if you wish. We will be there and welcome you when you arrive and provide all practical info.
This is a place where you can have full privacy as well as have access to flexible services as you wish.

Playa Marsella is a jewel among the multiple beaches of San Juan del Sur; a social beach with friendly neighbors and a distinct Nicaraguan vibe. We hope you get to enjoy the cooperative spirit of this community as well as our famous Nicaraguan hospitality and laid back beach environment. Within walking distance you can go to rustic restaurants, horseback riding, or just sit back and enjoy the sun.

Arrangements can be made to pick you up from the airport, help you rent a car, or even arrange a personal driver. Casa Millor is also just a short taxi ride from San Juan del Sur.

WOW! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING

The pictures do NOT do this house justice. We had an amazing vacation at Casa Milor. The house was perfect for our family. Ricardo and Melvin were so nice to work with and helped ensure we had a fantastic vacation. We all loved our vacation in Nicaragua and can't wait to for our next visit and stay at Casa Milor.

Wonderful property in San Juan Del Sur

We had a wonderful week at Casa Milor. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed our days taking advantage of the outside area, moving between the pool, the beach and the hammocks/pavilion area in the shade. Marciel and Melvin the caretakers are wonderful and helped us with anything we needed. They even built us a bonfire on the beach one night! There is a beach bar with good food within walking distance on the beach which was convenient and we also enjoyed going into San Juan Del Sur. We would definitely recommend this property!

Casa Milor is a remote paradise tucked away in a lush forest. SUV is advisable due to rough terrain in and out off the main road. The bedrooms are comfortable, large bathrooms, loved all the hammocks sprinkled around the property. The beach is private, not many others around. The suns sets are beautiful! One restaurant is within walking distance from the home, they serve local cuisine, everything we tried was was yummy. The property attendants were helpful & responsive and the night guard was reassuring. Looking forward to returning with my family!

Loved this place!

Casa Milor is awesome. It is on a basically private beach as there was never more than a few people on it, and has it's own very nice pool. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces including many hammocks, outdoor dining and lounge chairs. The caretakers are lovely people who were there when we needed them but never obtrusive. Bedrooms have AC and en suite bathrooms. We truly enjoyed the house. Ricardo (owner) was very responsive. Also would like to shout out to Machete Cafe and Market-really good cafe close by. Do get a 4X4 to drive to the house and other beaches!

Wonderful house

You won’t find a better beach house than this. Clean, modern, stocked with everything you need. And lots of common areas to separate when you want to sit by yourself for a while. Very few people around so you should be sure you like that kind of place. And you pretty much have to cook for yourself as the 2 small restaurants nearby have very limited menus. But the caretaker lives right behind the house and he was very helpful when we needed cilantro and ran out of tequila. The view is wonderful and the beach is too, with smooth sand and no rocks. We loved the place.

Beautiful house beautiful View

First the positives. It is a beautiful house with an incredible view and literally right on the ocean. The house is very clean and the staff is nearby (a little too nearby, they’re always walking around the lot which made my wife a little nervous). I think they intentionally turn off the air conditioner to save on energy (we were told it was a problem with the “main line”) but after we asked for it to be fixed it was turned on immediately so it wasn’t the electric service because everything else worked. We did have an issue with ants in the kitchen but i found spray and managed to kill them all. It’s hard to say betting negative but I must be honest for the benefit of others. There were three problems: 1)they don’t disclose how absolutely horrible the road is that accesses the property. The taxi that brought us there bottomed out three times on the way and the driver made me pay extra for the damage to his car’s undercarriage. 2) the caretakers of the property are wonderful people but are RIGHT THERE and see and hear everything and asked lots of questions about where we were from etc which was a little odd. 3) it’s very easy to see into the house from the caretakers place or the resort next door and you just have to be careful to draw the shades etc. Everything in the house is functional the tv works which is rare for nicaragua the internet works but has a weak signal which is typical for nicaragua. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean inside and outside. Communication with manager good. I would stay again but something needs to be done about the roads and the guests need to be informed in advance when the workers will be on the property because it honestly scared both of us yo to to the pool at night and see someone standing there. 8/10.

Fantastic!

We spent 6 nights at Casa Milor and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect with easy access to SJDS and nearby beaches. The house is right on beautiful Playa Marsella, which is a lovely local beach and there's a local hotel restaurant right next door which is very convenient. The staff are all warm and friendly and helpful. The house itself is brand new and very comfortable with air conditioning and everything you might need. Thanks to Ricardo for an amazing experience!

Quiero compartir mi agradable experiencia, porque lo bueno se trasmite...En casa Milor pasamos fin de año 2016 con familia y amigos, una temporada mágica, agradable y con un servicio de primera categoría, la casa es muy cómoda y amplia, el lugar es espectacular, muy seguro y cerca de todos los servicios que necesites. También el equipo de Casa Milor, nos atendió de maravilla y nos hizo pasar una muy grata vacacion. Recomendado 100%, de fijo nos vemos por allá pronto.

BEACHFRONT Playa Marsella

This is a gorgeous new property right on the beach. It is well stocked for dining and entertaining. All of the rooms have a/c which is a must down here. Ricardo will meet you at the property and answer any questions you may have. He is a fabulous host and definitely knows and will go out of his way to make sure you have a memorable vacation. I will not soon forget the amazing sunsets. Many thanks!
