The home was very clean, peaceful neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub. The views from the upper deck were so beautiful. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

The property is really lovely, clean and conveniently located. There wasn't anything we needed that it didn't have! The pool and hot tub were nice but we weren't able to use them due to weather and our schedule. Our only issue with our stay was with the overly strict guest guidelines. We were in town for our daughter's wedding, which I had mentioned to the host when we booked, and had planned a family dinner and brunch at the home with 15 or so people. Only 4 were actually staying at the property. Out of courtesy we notified the host and were told that only 8 people could be in the house at any one time. We have 4 children who all have spouses and a couple have children which meant that we could not have all of our family together in the home at any one time. We scrambled and made other arrangements but it caused a lot of unnecessary last minute stress and planning. Supposedly the restriction is for insurance reasons. Hmmmm? Have not heard of that before. I assumed the "8 guests" was for overnight guests. We definitely would have booked another property had we known. The host offered a full refund if we wanted to switch properties but that was not practical at that point. Final opinion: if you're in town for a visit and don't plan to have any guests over, this is a GREAT house. If you are there for a group event and want to have more than 8 people in the house at any time, book a different property.

Gorgeous property with all the essentials

We loved our stay here. The property is delightful, lots of outdoor space (and shade) and very clean. Beds are so comfortable and there are plenty of supplies like paper towels, bath soap and shampoo. Nancy is a great host.

This property was great. We stayed for 5 days with 5 adults and had plenty room. The house was well supplied and bathrooms were extremely nice and modern. The pool was a nice plus. I would not hesitate to stayhere again or with this host.

This is the second time my family and I (2 kids 4,7 and 3 adults) stayed at this property for the holiday. Nancy is amazing to work with and does her best to accommodate. The house is spacious, the beds are all comfy, the bathrooms clean and spacious, and the kids love the bunk beds and toys. The kitchen is perfect for family meals and all amenities were clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and close to downtown and not far from highways to move around the county. We will continue to book at this property when visiting!

We had a lovely stay at this home. House was very comfortable and we felt very at home. Fully equipped kitchen and beds were very comfortable. Lots of rooms so folks could spread out and have private time or conversations. Close to town and easy drive to the coast. Our host, Nancy, was lovely, very helpful and easy to contact. Highly recommend!

Was a perfect location and accommodations for our family!

Host was very responsive to our requests. Loved all of the toys available to entertain the 3-year-old. Upstairs mattress may be ready for replacement in the near future; only suggestion.

Great family get away

The house is roomy and beautiful. We especially enjoyed the pool and sitting outside. Petaluma is adorable & great to wander; bookstores, farmer's market, and great breweries and restaurants. Neighborhood is good for walking.
