Cabin wasn't cleaned at check in. However. The host apologized and had the entire cleaning crew over and had home cleaned in a matter of a few hours. The also offered for us to go to dinner for inconvenience or refund cleaning fee. They were very gracious and everyone was happy and lived our stay here. Thank you all so much....will be coming back!!!

Thanks for the 5* review! I am sorry about the cabin not being ready when you got there but this is a super rare occurrence for anyone worried about this please read the rest of my reviews. Unfortunately, the cleaning team got into a car accident and because of spotty reception in the mountains they weren't able to let the cleaning company know. As you note the matter was fixed within a few hours.

Perfect vacation!!

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was wonderful!! Get ready for a fun place to create new memories at. Property manager Sandy was fantastic and we highly recommend the cabin! PERFECT location!!!

Weekend conference

We came for a conference at the le conte center. The cabin was perfect for our large group, spacious and very accessible. We loved how close it is to the parkway. We definitely want to stay here again.

Perfect cabin to share with baseball families!!

This cabin was the perfect size for 5-6 families to share while we were in town for a baseball tournament! It is close to the ball fields and all the other attractions. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities and more than enough pots/pans/utensils. Communication with the property manager was excellent!

We had the best time! We traveling for a cheerleading competition and this cabin was perfect for all of our needs as we had 15 people staying. Everything was neat and clean. We loved the area and the aesthetic itself. We will definitely be staying here again.

Pretty cabin

Plenty of space for large groups. Owner was always in contact. The kitchen could use some hotspot holder and trivets but everything worked accordingly. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Large cabin with extras

We shared the cabin another family for 5 days. Plenty of space for people to sleep and hang out. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the owner was super responsive and got the issue resolved that day. Would definitely stay here again.

Extended family trip!

1st extended trip with most of the family and it was awesome This cabin was amazing!! I loved everything about it. The views were great. It was plenty of space for the 13 of us. We didn’t feel cramped up or on top of each other. Very well kept. Would definitely go back again and again.

Awesome location

Home gave the mountain retreat vibe without all the winding roads-convenient to town-had plenty of room. Sandy was wonderful and very helpful with communicating. House was well Stocked for all of our needs and we were able to get dinner cooked quick and easy. Kids loved having a game room and home had multiple decks for relaxing and watching nature . Will definitely return to smoky stays

Family Va-cay

For an older property is was well maintained. Plenty of room for all 21 of us. Kitchen was well stocked, but could use some newer pots and pans. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The location is great, with a back way to get to Dollywood. You can avoid all of the traffic in Pigeon Forge. I would rent this again.

2022 July Family Vacation

The house was great for our family vacation. We especially liked that the bedrooms had additional beds with the pullout couches so the kids could sleep with their parents. Loved the bunk room too for a larger family to be together at night. The attached bathrooms were all spacious. The game room was a great gathering space. Pool was a nice size and very popular but we always found a good time to visit it with our group. We were close to town and all that it offered but the house felt secluded and with the view of the mountains, like we were deep in the woods. The hot tub had some issues but it was too warm to use it anyway. Checkin and checkout was really easy and Sandy was quick to respond to all our needs. We would all love to come back again!

Wonderful House in superb location!

The house was absolutely wonderful! It was very spacious with enough bathrooms for multiple families. The house was clean and had everything neccessary for an enjoyable vacation (minus coffee. bring your own coffee). The tweens enjoy the pool table / arcade / large TV in the lower level. Overall, with the large group we had, we never felt tight or on top of each other. The house is so close to all the major attractions/restaurtants. While you will not get the views of being up in the mountains, the proximity to all attractions was worth it for our needs. To end the review, we had no issues w/ communicaiton with the owner. Sandy was very responsive and answer any and all questions we had promptly. Again, this was a very positive experience for us. Would gladly recommend this house to others looking for a large house to fit multiple people/families.

Our large family vacation was an amazing success. The house had plenty of room for us all.

The house was great! Plenty of space for your privacy and plenty of family space for games and making memories. Easily accessible to town, yet gave you the mountain feel and privacy that we all wanted! Only thing was the bottom floor level was very cold, back door needed a new seal to keep the cold out and maybe additional heaters. Other than that it was a really great house. The manager Sandy was awesome, easy to communicate with and made sure everything was perfectly in order for us, great experience!

I was very satisfied. This was a relatively nice piece of property and I would recommend it to anyone that had a large family and needed somewhere to stay.
