Spend a week or a weekend in this stunning 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, second story condo in Bethany Bay. It sleeps six in 3 beds: two queen beds and a queen sofa pullout. Only a 10 minute ride to Bethany Beach, and you'll be able to enjoy endless amenities, just steps away, including a community pool, playground, tennis courts, golf (fee), basketball, as well as free activities (see below). The freshly decorated and up-to-date condo includes the use of 2 two-person kayaks as well as 4 adult bikes.

When you're not outdoors, relax on the screened-in porch with your favorite drink and enjoy watching the wildlife and sunsets. You can eat inside at the table for four in the kitchen or enjoy the spacious living room. There are three TVs, living room, and both bedrooms. WiFi, cable TV, and stereo surround sound. A kitchen that is up-to-date and stocked with plenty to enjoy cooking. The stack-able washer/dryer is in the closet. Enjoy the electric fireplace too. The master bedroom has a queen bed with full ensuite bath and the other bedroom has a queen bed as well with an ensuite. There is a pullout queen in the living room.

Please bring your own linens, towels, spices, oils, paper and plastic goods, i.e. paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, garbage bags, salt, pepper and oils. The kitchen is well equipped with all essential appliances, combo drip and Keurig coffee maker, dishes, glass, and silverware, as well as serving dishes, etc. To rent linens and towels we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. Pillows and comforters are there and the mattresses have pads.

This home includes an ironing board, iron and hair dryer as well as beach chairs.

A wide range of dining options are within a short drive of the condo in Ocean View and Bethany Beach.

Included with your booking are 8 different activity passes EVERY DAY within 30 minutes of most homes. Each day, you'll receive ONE pass, per activity, including:

The Condo is in a great peaceful location. Was surprised to find an on-site golf course which wasn’t mentioned in the listing. Unit was clean and well furnished. WiFi worked well. Would stay there again.

Beach reunion

The place had a beautiful and peaceful view! It was very clean. Very well equipped with everything you need. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay where we joined our family on the beach for our week reunion! We would stay again!

Great stay in Bethany Bay

Loved the condo in Bethany bay. Reasonable drive to Bethany beach each day (15 minutes). The community pool was great and everyone we spoke with was super nice. The condo had a good Amount of materials available in the kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. Place was very clean upon arrival, and plenty of space for our family of 5. The back deck views were awesome, especially at sunset. Would stay again if in area.

This home is so warm and welcoming! It is very clean, spacious and well-kept. There are a lot of little touches that make it even more special! The view of the water is great and you can see beautiful birds right outside the window. There is ample space in the bedrooms and the beds are very comfortable. There are chairs to sit outside both at the front and back of the unit, both giving plenty of privacy. There is good lighting, space to work, tables in kitchen and dining room for meals - easy to use kitchen setup. We enjoyed riding bikes around the development and saw lots of deer. Parking was easy and convenient right in front of unit. This is the second level of three floors so there are some stairs. Wi-Fi was easy to access. Check-in was very smooth - lots of information is provided. There is a grocery and other stores nearby. There are restaurants, mini-golf and other activities on the main road, but it is also a very short drive to downtown Bethany Beach. We would love to go back!

Family Beach Vacation

Thank you for the opportunity to stay at the beach condo. The accomodations were good -- not great as I experienced last year. Nothing wild and crazy, just to name a few. Kitchen trash can was filthy inside and out. Did not even want to touch it. Curtains in the living are old, tired looking and dirty. You could not close the curtains all the way. Master bedroom comforter was filthy with what look like chocolate milk. Table cloth on dining room table dirty. Did not use that area to eat.... Beds are comfortable, great location, love the neighborhood and would like to come back next year...hopefully after a few upgrades. Sitting on the front and back porch was nice . TV in LR had no sound. Sorry to be the one to point our these items, but I thought you would want to know. Hope to return next year. Thank you

Lovely 2 Bedroom Condo in Bethany - I'd revisit in a heartbeat!

The 3 of us enjoyed a lovely stay here. The condo was exceptionally clean & well furnished with a gorgeous view of the bay from the rear screened-in porch. The beds were comfortable too & the kitchen was well stocked. We stayed in one night & cooked a delicious meal from a cookbook the owner's had, "New York Times 60 Minute Gourmet"; Chicken & Grapes - delicious! The only thing lacking in the kitchen was a 2nd larger saute pan & another cutting board as I typically don't like the wooden ones when cleaning chicken. Otherwise, everythng was super! It was clean, quiet, well decorated, and relaxing! I would highly recommend this unit to friends & family.

Great location and great price

We really enjoyed having bikes and kayaks to use on property. The beach was about a 20 minute ride. The pool was very nice. It was our first time staying near Bethany beach and the traffic is not nearly as bad as rehoboth beach area. Would definitely stay again
