The studio was tired. It could use a refresh of furniture. The wine cooler fridge did not work, A thin flat sheet separated us from the matress, no mattress cover. The location is great for the price.

We arrived during a snowstorm and was pleased the property was ready on time and plenty or carts to move luggage. The only downside was the snow gun outside our window that blew all night. Accommodations were as promised and lucky to have slop side lodging and conveniently located for everything.

Room was as advertised. Clean and enough room for me and two teenagers. King size bed was a plus. Great view of slopes. Wash ski in and ski out from locker room.

We had a great stay, got lucky with lots of snow. Unit is as described, it was clean. Didn’t use the kitchen as much, only for breakfast but had all the necessary equipment. Was a little small for the 3 of us but overall great! The ski locker area gets really crowded in the morning. Walking out of the building and being on the slope is a really nice plus.

The location is great, but the property is outdated. Most condos have a key card, but this property had a lock and key that didn't work well. The window had moisture coming through and a brown towel sits on the window sil

The place was clean and neat.
But the Internet was not working, I called housekeeping for a blanket and the lady said she will bring one for us but til the next morning, we haven’t received anything.
It was a great location but the bathtub faucet dripped and you could hear it all night long. But the biggest problem is that we were on the 3rd floor and there were two elevators but only one worked and someone removed the button for the 3rd floor. No problem coming and going because we use the stairs but when we checked out we could not use the luggage cart as we could not get it to the 3rd floor
1. We had to retrieve the keys from a location a mile and 1/2 away from the property.
2. The keys did not work to open the main lodge entrance.
3. There was not a washer and dryer with detergent included as posted, There was a public facility that aceepted quarters. When I put a dollar in for detergent, nothing came out.
4. The toilet did not work and the fan in the bathroom did not work
5. The kitchen is very small, there is no oven and only a mini fridge.
6. Overall, the place is dated and dirty.

Snowshoe is a sprawling resort spread over 2 miles of mountain top. When driving up the mountain you reach the check in center first, about a mile from this specific accomodation. Individual accomodations and buildings do not each have a front desk, as the guest may have assumed.
Immediately upon receiving a guest call concerning some service issues, we dispatched a Property Care member of our staff. That person found the toilet to be working fine (the foreign guest wasn't familiar with how it flushed). The fan was fine (the building has a central bathroom exhaust system with remote fans, the guest didn't understand the lack of fan noise in the individual bathroom), There were 4 sets of keys in the room, all of which worked when tested by our Property Care person, thus we regret any difficulty the guest incurred, although we were unable to duplicate the problem.
We appreciate the guest pointing out the mini-kitchen. An Expedition Ski View King Studio is a studio hotel room with a fabulous mountain-top view. In winter, skiers are skiing beneath your windows. The mini-kitchen is designed for light breakfasts and lunches. It is not designed for cooking full meals. It's nicely stocked with enough serviceware to be useful and convenient. There's also a wine and beverage cooler the guest didn't mention. Perfect for a couple for our average stay of 3-4 days.
The studio got a complete renovation and update 3 years ago, with all new furniture and a 60" flat screen, etc. so the guests comment about "dated" may apply to the older building itself. We wouldn't consider the room itself dated in any way. Upon arrival it looks exactly like the pictures.
Our guest information did mis-state the washer/dryer status, and we're grateful to have that pointed out to us. We've edited our arrival information to correct that error. (All of our 1 Bedroom to 6 Bedroom properties have their own washers and dryers with a full compliment of detergents and softener provided as a guest amenity. Only the smaller Expedition studios require the use of a coin laundry room in the building and operated by the resort itself, not under our control).

We were very impressed with this condo. Very clean. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids. The mini kitchen was perfect!! Everything we needed. Everyone LOVED all the fun coffee and hot chocolate flavored Kcups!! Perfect location. Great view. Would definitely go again!
