Super clean and nicely appointed throughout

Very well equipped kitchen, new appliances, comfortable sleep number beds and nice linens all were enjoyed by us! We had a wonderful stay for sure!

Family getaway

The house was beautiful - and perfect for our 2 families of 4 and 3. Neighborhood was very nice. Loved being right on the canal since we also rented a pontoon boat. The screened in pool was very nice. Owner responded to any questions promptly. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect accommodations

Our time at this house was fabulous! It had everything we needed and more. They were 5 adults and we had plenty of space to relax and recharge. The owners made extra effort to make sure the guests have what they need. All the little things. Proper charging stations, kitchen gadgets, comfortable beds and sitting areas, plenty of towels for pool and beach. I could go on and on! The area was great too, a park next door, a short drive or bike ride to the beach and to the grocery store . Definitely what I look for in a rental home. Marco Island was perfect holiday retreat.

Winter getaway

What a wonderful time at a really lovely home! The pool, the kitchen, the neighborhood, proximity to so many things…… it all added up to a perfect vacation!

Great house for family

We stayed at the house with our 3 kids (ages 5-10) and my mother. They layout of the house was great for us! The "master" bed and bath are on the other side of the house from the other two bedrooms and had a shower big enough to host a party....or hose down 3 kids at once after a day at the beach. We had all 3 kids share a bedroom that had bunkbeds and a fold out futon, and then my mom stayed in the room across the hall. You could probably fit 5 kids in the bunk room with 2 kids on each bunk and one on the futon. Those two bedrooms shared the second bathroom. The house was very clean and in a nice location near a great park. It is not close enough to walk to the beach but we easily drove about 10 minutes to Tigertail beach. South beach is an even closer drive. Shops, grocery store and restaurants were all just a short drive away too. The property owners were very friendly, welcoming and responsive. The only downsides to the house were that there is not a bathtub (no big deal for us but those with younger kids might be bothered by that) and the water pressure in the master shower was rather low so that it was hard to wash all of the shampoo out of my hair. Not a deal breaker though. Overall it was a great stay and I would highly recommend!
