Beach and Parents weekend

Overall great stay. Side note to have back up toilet paper, we had three females in the house. Also, dish washer soap. Great view, and proximity to beach

Nice condo

My son and I stayed for a baseball tournament and it was perfect for the 2 of us. We did not use the kitchen much as we were on the field most of the time. The bed in the master could use an upgrade, as it was very lumpy, but I managed for our short stay. The location is great for the beach, and the pool was great.

Perfect Unit

I will absolutely book this unit again. It's clean, freshly updated, and quiet. You can see the ocean and it's a super fast and easy walk to the beach. There was a small issue with door lock code and Dunes Realty responded immediately.

Surfside-by-the-sea

Great location! Close to beach/ access. They handled a maintenance issue right away. It was fine for a quick weekend! One tip would be good to know, even though they give you the digit key code by email, that they require you to pick up parking passes at Realtor’s office, if not before 6pm, they will put it in a box outside. I did read that if you arrive after 6pm, you have to go back the next day to sign the rules/charges by 12pm. I don’t understand why they just don’t leave the rules and parking passes in the condo for you. The condo needs painted and better drapery. The linen service doesn’t supply hand towels, and few wash clothes. Bring extra toilet paper and your own tissues.

We really enjoyed how clean and well stocked the property was. We loved the closeness to the beach and how we could come back for lunch since we were only a few steps away from the beach. There was plenty of parking, but we wish there was a spot to store our beach, chairs, and other beach items. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
