Recently RENOVATED - Two bedroom two bathroom home. Large and open. King size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in the guest room. Flat screen TV's in master bedroom, living room and guest room. Awesome living area for relaxing with leather recliners and plenty of room for entertaining. There is a enclosed lanai. Inside laundry in the utility room. Kitchen is great and has plenty of cabinet space. Eat in kitchen area. Dining area seats four. Guest bath has tub/shower combination. Master bathroom has walk in shower with glass doors. Nice desk area for your laptop. Carport and golf cart for your pleasure to be able to get around The Villages for entertainment and dining. All laminate flooring! Close to Chula Vista and Mira Mesa executive golf courses and neighborhood recreation centers.

We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Very clean

This property is very clean. All necessities needed for a great stay. Closer to Sumter landing than the other square. ReMax was easy to work with and was available any time I had a question.

Well kept property. Liked the nightlights throughout the house - I usually have to bring my own. Golf cart worked flawlessly.

It was easy to get into property. Very nice accommodations. Clean beautiful property. We were able to walk to the town square. We wanted to stay at this property longer but, management company wouldn't book past January 31, had to move to a hotel after only 5 nights. One golf cart didn't run very well, kind of jerky when starting out from a dead stop. A little inconvenient having a car and carts in narrow driveway. We would definitely stay at this property again.
