Short walk to the South Kingstown Town Beach as house sits across the street to the scenic beach path through protected farmland. Wonderful family beach with playground. Kitchen and living area completely renovated in 2021 with new floors & all new appliances. Perfect for a small family wanting a beach vacation. Nearby is Vanilla Bean ice cream, Matunuck Oyster Bar, Ocean Mist beach bar, Matunuck Surf Shop, historic Theatre by the Sea, Trustom Pond National Wildlife Refuge, Daddy's Bread, and much more! Other area attractions include Watch Hill (20 miles), Newport (23 miles), University of RI (9 miles), Foxwoods Casino (30 miles) , Mohegan Sun Casino (40 miles)
