The upstairs bed broken on both sides, the missing curtain panels in the family room and the decking all should have been caught before you arrived. We have logged each of these and repairs are underway on the bed frame, the curtains and the deck, and we are looking at the pool seating and the listing photos so what you see is what is there. Glad the kitchen and the downstairs teen setup worked, and yes, the drive is real out that way. Whenever you are ready for the next trip, 10% off is waiting for you as a returning guest. Tara, a pool you couldn't use because the grass was knee high and trash was floating in it is not what Spring Break should have looked like. We missed on that one. Yard service at the property has moved to a set weekly cut through the growing season, and the pool is skimmed and checked the morning of every arrival now, with a second pass on kitchen items and linens so nothing dirty gets left in the cabinets. The house does sit out in the quiet, which is the whole appeal once the water is right. Come back in summer and actually get in that pool.
