Rustic, detached south facing 2 bedroom villa, set within lovely gardens, with a private swimming pool, air conditioning and heating fitted throughout. The villa is perfectly situated within a peaceful location of Cabanas village, yet only walking distance from the nearby beach, It's also within easy walking distance of an excellent choice of restaurants and cafes and all other amenities. Comfortably spacious, this villa has a contemporary feel with lots of character with beautifully exposed beams throughout. The villa has an open-plan living and fully fitted kitchen area. The living area has a sofa bed and also features an open fireplace with a wood burning stove, ideal for winter rental. There is a spacious double bedroom and family bathroom. Adjoining the villa and accessed internally is a self-contained living and bedroom area with an en suite bathroom. This area consists 2 single beds with patio doors. Outside, there is a large terrace area overlooking the lovely gardens and swimming pool, with BBQ dining area, sun loungers and private car parking. WIFI is available if required, 30 Euros per week.
