Our stay was very smooth from start to finish! The house looked exactly like the pictures. Communication with the host was easy and effortless, Eddy was very helpful with instructions and demos. Getting to Disney was extremely easy and convenient with it being so close in proximity. I would highly recommend staying here!

The house is amazing and has everything you need for comforts of home. The location is great for a Disney trip and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day at the park. Communication was great with the owners and the gated community was a plus. We would definitely stay again. Our family appreciated beging together but also having our own space. Or vacation was perfect!

Overall the stay was excellent. The only concern was the pool had some dead algae deposits throughout the pool that would need to be vaccumed out to be removed from the pool.

The first time we stayed 2 years ago was amazing very clean beautiful couldn't wait to stay again. This time was disappointing wasn't clean very well the appliances need to be fix,and cleaned found a bug in the kitchen after reaching out all we was told the bug man would be there the next week. We won't be staying again.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for staying with us again. We truly appreciate your kind words about your previous visit and are sorry to hear that this stay did not meet your expectations. We want to clarify that prior to and during your stay, all appliances were inspected and confirmed to be in proper working order, and the home was professionally cleaned before arrival. When you notified us about the insect, we took your concern seriously and arranged for an additional pest control treatment at the property specifically for your stay, even though routine pest control is already in place. While occasional pests can occur in coastal and warm climates despite preventative measures, we understand how frustrating that can be and regret that this impacted your experience. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we always strive to address concerns as promptly and thoroughly as possible. Thank you again for your feedback, which helps us continue improving for future guests.
