Loved our beach stay! The house is great and we had plenty of room for seven of us, with one sleeping on the couch. The beds were comfortable and the short walk to the beach was amazing. We had a wonderful time and would visit again in the future.Just had trouble figuring out how to get in when we arrived, because we didn't understand the key box situation. It should be noted on the directions that the key box is on the post to the left of the door, and not on the door itself. Not a fault of the property owners, but just an FYI for future renters, the wifi is good, but cell service is nonexistent for some carriers (I have AT&T and couldn't make calls or get some texts in/out, others in my group with different carriers had no problem).

The refrigerator did not work the whole time we were there, it smelled atrocious! Management company, and maintenance never came. The freezer barely froze ice cubes. And set on a constant alarm. Because of this, we lost all of our food that we brought, and could not buy anymore as we could not store. Also, there was barely any water pressure for the shower

Thank you for your feedback. I'm so sorry your stay was disrupted by the refrigerator issues and the low shower pressure, and that our team did not inspect these for you while you were there. That falls well short of the experience we aim to provide. We have since had maintenance inspect the fridge and they did not identify any operating issues. We've been keeping a close eye on it the last few weeks and it's been working as it should. We will continue to monitor it and remind housekeeping to be very careful to deep clean any odors they detect during their cleans. We will also look into improving the water pressure in the shower. Great little spot

So close to beach!!!

Three bedrooms (2 rooms with king beds, 1 with twin over double bunk beds), with two full bathrooms (one has washer&dryer), full kitchen, and plenty of space in a quiet residential neighborhood within a short walk to a great beach.

Great location!

We loved the location of this rental! It was just steps to the beach. The beach was also pretty empty. The house is a little echoey since it’s all hard floors and not much on the wall to dampen sound. The parking was very confusing, we parked in front of the garage on the right of the main house.

Perfect location

We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The location is a very short walk to the beach. Parking is a little unclear and confusing, and the shower in the bathroom on the west side was not working. Those were the only issues, and they were small. Would stay again.
