Welcome to our lovingly cared for beach cottage. We're located in the heart of Grand Bend , 5 minute walk to the beach, as well as downtown, where you’ll be able to find activities for all ages. Our 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage comes complete with all the basics your family will need to enjoy their stay. We have a fully equipped kitchen , BBQ on the front deck, AC, Wifi, and parking for 4 cars (sweet). No Pets Allowed.

Great spot if a Grand Time!

If you want to have a spacious, clean and close to beach experience this cottage is for you! Enjoyed all the amenities it has to offer onsite and closeness to all the shops and dining on the main drag!

In the middle of Grand Bend.

The property was clean and appeared as advertised. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach or the main strip. The owner was lovely and helpful. Had a great trip.

Great location

Sandy was a great host and very communicative both with details about the property and stay as well as other info about the area. The property was clean and well maintained and all the bedrooms worked for our party (although if you are on the taller side, be warned the 2nd and 3rd rooms are on the second floor with a sloping roof). Overall a very pleasant experience for our short stay.

Great break in Grand Bend

Nice spacious house and garden. Convenient to the beach and the Main Street activities. We had comfortable beds and good seating in the living room. The kitchen was tight. We enjoyed the house Kids loved the fire pit in the front yard.

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great week. The cottage was clean and equipped with all necessities. Close to the beach...literally 5 minute walk to what seemed like our private area on the beach. Property managers Sandy and Orlando were great and very responsive. Wonderful place and people. Definitely recommend!!

convenient location

We stayed here for 3 nights. We have a 3 and 1 year old. Super close to the beach to pack up and if you need to run back and forth! The rooms are spacious enough for a pack n play. Good size for us. No laundry so if you're travelling with kids make to sure to pack extra! Sandy was super responsive. We enjoyed our time here!

Not my standards

The inside of the house smelled like cigarettes (and the add said non smoking). Their were large ants everywhere inside especially in the up stairs front bedroom room and the carpets were extremely dirty ,their were whiskers from someone shaving on the part of the toilet behind the seat. For the price not what I expected.

I take your concerns very seriously as I wish to provide the best experience for my cottagers. Although my cottage is non smoking and I have provided an area outside with a receptical for this I can only rely on the honesty of my other guests to comply with my rules. My apologies for this inconvenience. The cottage was professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. I have not seen ants in the cottage , but you can be sure I will be vigilant about watching for them and acting on the issue should it present itself. I wish that you had addressed your concerns with me on the two occasions that I had contacted you to make sure everything was to your liking. These are the check points that I make to cottagers so I can address any issues while people are there. Again thank you for your candid review . I hope you did enjoyed the complimentary early check in that I allowed you and no charge for your extra guest. Regards Sandy

My family and I had an amazing time in a Grand Bend. The cottage was a perfect size and very clean. The owners were always available when needed and went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. It’s located less than 5 minutes to both the beach and main strip. The only downside is we only stayed 3 days instead of a week. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Loved It!

This cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends. Awesome location & friendly neighbours. Everything we needed for a weekend in the Bend including great wifi & a sweet fire pit out front. We would highly recommend Sandy’s cottage & would definitely book it again.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The place was clean, tidy, and well equipped for our needs. Really enjoyed corresponding with Sandy and appreciate her prompt replies. Parking spots came in handy, clothes line was awesome, and chilling by the bonfire made the perfect vacation spot!
