Great location near the water and in a quiet area. Walkable distance to shops and restaurants if you have the time or a really quick drive. The place was a great base for our little family - comfortable and with the necessary amenities.

Comfortable family stay

Comfortable and well equiped family stay close to Busso central and Jetty. The following would be suggestions to make the stay even more pleasant: Floors were very dirty with sand and long dog hair everywhere (inside and outside) - consider non shedding dogs only since I even had to clean the weber that was full of dog hair before I could use. The TV also did not have any channels and we were told to use the netflix app on the old TV, not very nice.

Hi CJ Im not sure how dog hair suddenly ended up outside/Inside as we spring cleaned the whole house just before your arrival. I also have a photo of the BBQ that we took before you checked in (as we take photos of the cleans before we leave and there are no signs of dog hair anywhere?). If there was an issue with something you should have reached out to use upon arrival however we had no communication from you except about the TV. The TV is not old it is a modern smart TV and that is not what I told you to do at all. I told you its a smart TV that runs through the Internet and you watch the normal TV channels through the apps. Channel 7, 10, 9 SBS, etc are all available on the TV via the apps. There was no mention of netflix in any conversation I had with you. This is how we watch TV at home and is how a lot of households now are watching TV. "Old" TVs use aerials, the new TVs are now all through WIFI and TV APPS. The TV apps are no different to what you get on aerial TV.

Busselton

This was our second time staying at this holiday home. We stayed for 10 days, no extra sheet sets left. The pillows need replacing. We actually had to purchase 2 new pillows. A clothes airer and mirrors in the bedrooms would've been nice. The kitchen chopping boards and cutlery needed + (steak knives) . Repairs The laundry/shower door doesn't lock Gate doesn't shut. Sliding door fly screens coming apart. Enjoyed our stay, aircons are great loved the location .

Hi Suzie Thank you for your review. We don't provide spare sheets, however we do provide a washing machine and dryer so if you were wanting to wash the sheets we supplied you had access to washing facilities. The pillows are not even 12 months old and are all still in good condition. I'm not sure what gate you are referring to that doesn't shut as the gates were all closed fine?

Great!

Couldn't fault it! Great location, clean, nice, low maintenance new house. Couple of minutes walk to the dog beach and with the vacant block in front was nice to chill out with a sea view in the early morning or late afternoon.

Great location.

Great stay, bedrooms extremely hot no fans. We managed to borrow some Ceiling fans would be great. We couldn't leave the security doors open at night as they had no locks . We bought our own BBQ. The BBQ Webber was left dirty from previous booking. We had a great stay

Perfect for what I needed

Great place exactly as advertised. Particularly impressed with the small touches and sundry items provided in the pantry Really quiet whilst I was there which was appreciated Car parking space was challenging for a small car with low clearance. Probably fine for most cars though. Highly recommended.

4 day stay with our 2 small dogs.

A well appointed property which satisfied all our requirements and met our expectations, conveniently located close to the city centre. We can recommend it to others and would book it again. The only issue we had was deciding where we could park our car, it was not immediately obvious we could park on an inside artificial grassed area.
