101 McCloud - Simply Elegant

This is simply one of the most elegant condos in Incline Village. Recently remodeled, this 2-bedroom sanctuary sleeps 5 It's walking distance to the new lake trail and just minutes from everything you will want to see and do. Luxurious linens, pillows, towels and the finest furnishings offer guests all of the amenities of a luxury hotel.
Due to the owner's allergies, this unit cannot accommodate pets of any kind, including service animals.

With its unique location, this upper level corner unit is flooded with natural light and offers stunning 180 degree views of the forest. A five-star experience.
Guest access
Our home is your home while you are with us. All we ask is that you adhere to the community rules, including leaving the hot tub when it closes.

Once open, our guests will be provided with an access key (don't lose the key; the penalty is $100); it closes at 9pm.

Please note there is no air-conditioning in this unit, although fans are provided

Note: Please ask about access to Incline's private beaches. Public beaches like Sand Harbor 3 miles away and Kings Beach 4 miles away are all open to the public.

Best rental ever

This was the best rental we have ever stayed in! Everything was modern and very clean. Perfect size for our family of 4. Location is great, very close to Sand Harbor and other sites. The place is well equipped and everything feels new/very well maintained. I will definitely book this place again. We were so comfortable.

Good place!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as mentioned in the profile… The place was very neat and well stocked with supplies you would need and more. The only issue was the garage space being too small even for a mid sized SUV.. however the parking permit sufficed. We had a great time and would def come back!!!

Great condo, super convenient to Diamond Peak and lake access

Great remodeled condo on the second floor with garage Great Location: two minutes walking distance to Incline beach access and 10 minutes drive to Diamond Peak. Condo is in great condition with anything you can expect from a mountain retreat: comfortable, ample living room with gas fireplace for cozy and toasty evenings, large entertainment system, recently remodeled bathrooms, convenient mudroom zone at the entrance, nice view of the trees around the complex, effective space heating system and plenty of hot water for showers. Cleaning could be better, kitchen and bathrooms were pretty clean, but we found a few hairs on the floors and in the bed sheets. Overall the condo was exactly what we were looking for, so we will definitely book it again for a week of skiing."

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 3 nights. Condo was in a great location. We enjoyed a quiet stay with a short ride to public beaches. It’s a bummer that the Incline Village recreational facilities are not available to short term renters! Overall the stay was a success!

It was quiet during our stay even though it was a holiday weekend. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium was clean and well-stocked. No AC. (Typical for incline) so had to remember to keep windows open at night but that wasn’t a problem.

Walk to the lake, beach & Hyatt Hotel. End building in back corner gives you a private, forest setting from your living room windows, kitchen windows & 2nd floor balcony, which has a bar top table & chairs.Master bedroom has large comfortable bed, private bath w/ shower/ tub, 2nd bedroom has oversized bunk bed (queen?) & bath with standing shower across the hall. The fireplace is amazing to take the chill off. Remote controlled with fan option, heats the unit very well ! Sofa bed in living room.. We will be back !

No heater during our stay! Awful Experience.

We stayed in during President's Day Weekend here. The heater didn't work the first night - it was freezing in the house! Contacted property manager - she said she couldn't send anybody until the next day. We woke up after sleeping in a freezing house. The heater did NOT get fixed during our next 3 days stay there. We were provided with space heaters which made the bedrooms way too hot to comfortably sleep in through the night. We were given a 20% discount for this extreme bad experience - NOT acceptable. Bottom line: DO NOT stay here without making sure the heater works.

Once again we are so sorry, we wish we could have anticipated the mechanical failure. But like you said the heaters we brought over completely heated the condo and the fireplace. Its unfortunate but we feel we did everything possible to make you comfortable. We received the part that failed and got the heater up for the next guest.

This is a beautiful condo in an excellent location and we can't wait to get back to stay longer. We had a health issue and the hosts were super accommodating with our having to leave early. We very much recommend this property; you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful thanksgiving stay!

Came here to get away from the city with our quarantine pod. It was a wonderful time-- beautiful location, warm and cozy stay that was fully stocked with everything you'd need. Would definitely come here again.
