Summary:

Tilsley Inn is situated right in the heart of Glenholme which is centrally located to everything Rotorua has to offer. Walk to town or jump on your bike for a quick ride to either entrances of the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest and hit the trails for the day. The house comfortably sleeps 10 people and has the huge bonus of thermal heating so you can be sure you will be warm and toasty during your stay. You also have a thermally heated spa pool!



The Space:

This spacious holiday home features four private bedrooms, each thoughtfully positioned off a central hallway to ensure privacy. The living areas flow seamlessly to the back patio, where you can relax in the spa pool and enjoy the outdoor space. Unique to this property is its thermal heating system, providing comfortable warmth throughout the house during colder months, and also heating the spa pool year-round. For added convenience, there's a second shower in the laundry (accessible by an external door) and a second toilet in the garage, making it ideal for larger groups. Enjoy a perfect balance of comfort and relaxation, whether you're exploring the area or seeking a peaceful getaway.



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the entire house, including the garage. Enjoy the private spaces like the four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and utilize the amenities such as the kitchen, complete with a stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The property also offers a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

Great property, plenty of space for bedrooms etc. Garden isn't much of a garden but there is a hot tub out there which is fab. Nice and clean. Kitchen did have quite a lot of ants but thats not exactly their fault, could have been the previous people staying there. Nice big TV and excellent communication from the host. Easy check in. House is definitely an older house but its warm and comfortable.

We had a great time staying at Tilsley Inn! Its really good to have a place where the whole family can stay together. We were close to all the activities in Rotorua and able to come back in between visiting different places to relax, cook, eat, have a spa and totally recharge. Excellent!

Great stay for our mountain bike tripWe stayed here for a mountain biking weekend and it was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean, comfortable, and well set up, with plenty of space for all our gear. The dedicated garage for bike storage was a huge bonus, and having tools available made it easy to sort out any quick tweaks before hitting the trails.The beds were comfy after long days riding, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. Location was ideal — quiet, convenient, and close to the trails and town. Property clean with lots of beds and clean linens. Only one toilet and shower in the house, then there is one toilet in the garage and a shower in a separate laundry room (which we found when we were checking out). Well appointed kitchen and plenty of space for eating, sleeping, meeting.
