Private pool! Vacation near the beach in this charming 4 bedroom (King/king/queen/two twins/a trundle) and 4.5 bath home with private heated pool, just minutes to downtown Chatham! Custom kitchen with large island is perfect for entertaining and family pancake breakfasts. Well appointed decor, and central A/C , WiFi, flat screen TV and lots of space, indoors and out. Open the sliders to a beautiful deck overlooking a cranberry bog and the lush landscaped grounds, covered deck and patio, too. A spectacular private pool for those hot summer days or a swim at night. Take a quick drive to the beach for sand castles and cool waves. Rinse off the salt in the enclosed outdoor shower before heading into town for dinner and a movie. This home also comes with a "Welcome Bag": a reusable tote with paper and cleaning products compliments of the owner. Dog friendly (maximum two dogs). $150 fee will be added to the lease. A lovely beach vacation

We enjoyed this property so much! Our kiddos loved being in the pool and checking out Chatham’s beautiful beaches and nice downtown. We were happy to be able to bring our dogs as well! We had a great week.
