We had a fantastic stay here during Leadville 100 run. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Great views and within walking distance to all of the shops nd restaurants. David, the host, is a great communicator and was easy to work with. We will be back!
This was a family ski trip to Cooper. Skiing was only about 15 minutes away and we were less than half a mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leadville. Will try to book this place on our next visit!
Very comfy and homey. Love the main floor layout and the roomy bedrooms! Great views all around especially from the large enclosed patio! Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in Leadville
This is a great place to stay in leadville! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the fireplaces are amazing! Easy walk to the ice rink down the hill, and pretty close drive to skiing. Loved having a garage to park in during the snowy, cold weather. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Alpine Perch is a lovely and comfortable home away from home. We found the house perfectly clean and well stocked and we appreciated the special touches like slippers and throw blankets. The woodwork is gorgeous too!
