Great house, great location, roomy, close to the center of Leadville, close to the Leadville bike/walk trail, and really very quiet as well. Host was friendly and readily available via phone/text and was very easy to communicate with. No complaints at all except for maybe one minor thing: a lot of the window shades were partially broken so some of them were quite hard to get up/down. But, overall, a very nice house in great condition and definitely worth staying in.

Awsome place to stay. No issues checking in or out. Had a great time with the kids, did some snow boarding, shopping, good affordable dining and awsome small town feel. Super clean and well equipt house!
This was a family ski trip to Cooper. Skiing was only about 15 minutes away and we were less than half a mile from the shops and restaurants in downtown Leadville. Will try to book this place on our next visit!

Great place to stay
Comfortable and very clean. Loved the views and the sun room off the master bedroom. A good choice for escaping the summer heat at lower altitudes.

Thanks Doug. We're really pleased you enjoyed it as much as we do.
We had a fantastic stay here during Leadville 100 run. The home is spacious and very comfortable. Great views and within walking distance to all of the shops nd restaurants. David, the host, is a great communicator and was easy to work with. We will be back!

Beautiful house in Leadville
This is a great place to stay in leadville! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the fireplaces are amazing! Easy walk to the ice rink down the hill, and pretty close drive to skiing. Loved having a garage to park in during the snowy, cold weather. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Alpine Perch is a lovely and comfortable home away from home. We found the house perfectly clean and well stocked and we appreciated the special touches like slippers and throw blankets. The woodwork is gorgeous too!

We absolutely loved this home. It was very quaint and homey. We would love to come and stay in the summer when it is warmer. I would love to sit on that back porch and enjoy the spectacular mountain view.
