Weekend stay

We had a great time staying at robins roost. The cabins were neat and tidy, and the owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The cabins were better than pictured online and overall it was a perfect place to stay for the weekend.

Wonderful Little Cabin

Our cabin was exceptionally clean! Owners Matt and Beth are incredible owners. They are very friendly and very accommodating. Great place to relax and enjoy the Black Hills!

The perfect cabin for a family trip to SD. Exactly as described.

We had a wonderful stay. The owners were great. Very accommodating and nice. The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 visiting the black hills area. This is close to everything.

Comfort in the perfect location

This cabin is in the perfect location making a lot of the attractions close by. The owners of the property were super nice people. We were there for quite awhile and they checked in a couple times just to make sure we didnt need anything. Would 10/10 recomend this place.

Cozy Cabin

Great place for our little family getaway. We enjoyed our stay at the cabin, everything was clean and equipped with what we needed. Also offered a charcoal grill and fire pit. Short driving distance from all attractions. The owners Matt and Beth were very friendly and informative.

Great access to trails

Stayed 4 nights and rode the atv trails. Cabin was very clean and had sufficient items for cooking our own meals. Close to Hill City for gas and other conviences. Owners were friendly and very helpful. Cabin was small but worked well for the 4 of us. Overall a great vacation.

Great location

This was a good room location to go to all the surrounding attractions in the Black Hills area. I was a little disappointed in how much we heard the busy traffic from the room. Even at night. The hosts were very nice. It is a beautiful view.

We’re glad you enjoyed our convenient location, beautiful views, and hospitality! While our property is along Highway 385, our buildings are set farther back from the highway than many comparable nearby accommodations. We also go to great lengths during renovations to reduce outside noise and have been very successful in the cabins we’ve remodeled. Although traffic noise can vary, we continually invest in improvements to enhance our guests’ experience while keeping them close to the Black Hills’ many attractions.

Great place.. best hosts you could ask for

We come to the area often to ride the black hills trails.. i don't always leave reviews for places cause i usually forget when we get back, but this one deserves to be recognized. This cabin is a new favorite for us. The owners were right there if we needed anything and were the friendliest couple that we've booked from to date. Cabin was perfect for us.. the one we stayed at has room for my pickup and trailer. Very clean and well maintained property. Can't think of anything they could have done better. We'll be back next year if they have the room available.

Definitely stay here. Matt and Beth are great hosts. Great location! Fire pit plus a charcoal grill awesome for cabin memories. Kids loves it. Cabin was clean and set up perfectly for relaxing family fun!

Great stay!

We loved our stay! The cabin is cute and the perfect location close to all attractions. We met the hosts and they answered all our questions and even recommended a few places we later are at. Our little one enjoyed the play set and a nice fire at night. Only suggestion would be more cooking items (we cooked breakfast every morning and needed another skillet and a pot) and possible chairs outside. Picnic table was great but a few chairs would be nice too or I wish I would have packed ours. Overall a great experience and we hope to visit again!
