Cabin was perfect for us! Better than we expected, and so close to Bear Mt. we will definitely be returning! Staff was so easy and responsive, cabin was fully stocked and very clean.

Snow a no-show

There was plenty to do despite the dry winter. Cabin was extremely clean, organized, and everything worked, which sometimes has not been the case in other cabins we have rented. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 3 young kids.

Over all the property was nice. Inside was clean and well furnished, out side was a bit run down. Not a single hanger in any closet. The kitchen had a good selection of cookware and dishes but nothing extra like cooking oil , salt, pepper, plastic wrap or foil . First rental I’ve ever had with completely bare cabinets. I’ll good back but will be better prepared

Good overall stay.

Pros: great neighborhood and location. Great fireplace and great fenced in yard for pet. Decent kitchen, TV’s in all rooms and big kitchen table. Open layout. Cons: was not as clean as I would have liked. Needs a hair dryer. Master bed is too small. I swear it’s a double, not a queen. Outdoor grill did not work. Driveway fits 2 cars and is Icy in the snow. Dangerous.

Great little cabin with the basics

Great little cabin. We have no complaints other than our own which are our fault. The master bedroom bed was a full or a queen (small) and we wer uncomfortable because it wasn’t a king bed. But we knew it had a small bed in there. If you upgrade your place, I would suggest a king bed for that room and a frame that isn’t as squeaky. The only other small issue was that the garbage disposal disintegrated work, but aside from that we had a great stay, everything we needed, tv, jacuzzi … it was great. Thank you!

Excellent Property for Ski Trip

This house was a great place to stay for 2 families with kids. The home was nice and had plenty of outdoor space for kids to play. It is very close to snow summit and made it easy to get back and forth to the slopes.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
