Rockhaven is a quintessential yet modern cottage on 5 acres of land with 1600 feet of shoreline on a pristine, motor boat free private lake. Swim from the large dock or paddle the lake and look for wildlife. Enjoy sunrises, swimming, camp fires & BBQ's on the south east facing terraced deck or retreat to the games room on a rainy day for ping pong.

About Our Property:
- 5 acres of forest
- Terraced decks overlook lake and provide space to BBQ & lounge (Note: as visible in our photos the deck has double size seating steps which may not be suitable for toddlers/infants)
- 2 car garage has a ping pong table & secondary fridge
- Southeast exposure: dock & decks get direct light from sunrise through mid afternoon
- Flat area at entrance to cottage has table/chairs with sunset views
- Roast marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake
- Follow the short hiking trail to a rocky plateau for a picnic
- Canoe, kayak, pedal-boat, 2 standup paddle boards and assorted life jackets & water toys provided
- Driveway provides ample parking and easy access to unload right at entrance

Why they chose this property

Having grown up spending my summer's in Muskoka on the bigger busier lakes, this large property is hidden just off the beaten track, tucked away from the crowds. The wilderness makes you feel like you have ventured further afield while you are right in the middle of Muskoka with easy access to everything the region has to offer.

What makes this property unique

A hidden gem — Rockhaven is located on a pristine lake surrounded by wilderness right in the heart of Muskoka. Just 1 km from world class golfing at Rocky Crest Resort and a 5 minute walk to water access on renowned Lake Joseph.
