Easy process and clean

The process was easy and the condo was clean! Easy access to resort pool, walking path and condo pool. Perfect for being in Orlando for a sporting event.

Good property but poorly stocked bathrooms n kitchen

Property is decently maintained. Very little and extremely poor quality toiletries were available. The kitchen has very little stuff stocked up. First thing as soon as I arrived had to stock up all of these things again.

We're sorry to hear it was not fully up to expectations. We do not regularly provide toiletries but do have a small starter pack to get our guests started as a courtesy. The kitchen is stocked up as well with pots, pans, dinnerware, silverware, cups, cooking utensils, etc. Some speciality items or condiments are not provided but we do keep this stocked up with the other items. In the occasion anything may be missing or wrong we are happy to have it rectified, but I do not see we heard from you during your stay. We would have been happy to provide or replace anything that may have been missing. We hope to have the chance to host you sometime in the future. Thank you for your stay!

Nicely decorated

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nicely decorated, just like the photos. It was also close to all 4 Disney parks we went to. Plenty of dining choices near by for takeout or delivery. It looked like the cleaning crew was in a rush though. There were crumbs and other food substances on the chairs when we arrived and a lot of the dishes still had pieces of food stuck to them. The floors and walls were not very clean, we opted to wear house shoes whenever inside and sandals in showers. We also always brings our own sheets and pillows, which was a good thing because I’m not sure any of the decorative pillow shams or comforters had been washed recently.
