Great vacation!

Everything was straightforward and easy with our booking and vacation. Check in process was simple and included everything we needed for the resort, the room was exactly what was shown in the pictures, and help was available at anytime thru email and phone. The office, email and phone number were quick to respond to our questions and requests.

The condo was very nice and as it was portrayed online. The only negative I could say was that the floors wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, however we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again in the future!

Family Fun!

Awesome spot for our Family vacation with our 4 adult children and their significant others! The condo was the perfect layout and one of the best locations within the resort! Pool area was so fun and the beach was not too crowded in mid June. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, view was great. The media room was a nice bonus for keeping everyone happy yet still together. Love that there was plenty of seating to eat together as well. So close to the grocery, mini golf, and barefoot landing with lots of restaurants and shops. We can’t wait to book again for next year!

Lost use of balcony day prior to leaving but got a credit. All patio furniture was put inside filthy and in our way. HAd to clean it myself. ONe bathroom has mold in ceiling. Floors were not clean. Had to buy a mop to wash them. All in all it was great.

hank you for your feedback. As communicated prior to your arrival, the resort was undergoing scheduled maintenance, which can occasionally impact balcony access and furniture placement. Guests were given the option to cancel for a full refund or proceed with a discount, and you chose to continue with your stay. We also want to note that our team is always available during your visit to address any concerns in real time. We did not receive any reports regarding cleanliness or maintenance issues during your stay, and we would have been happy to promptly resolve them had we been notified. We’re glad to hear you still had an overall great stay and appreciate you choosing to vacation with us.
