Overall the stay was okay. There is parts in the floor that is boggy almost like rotting flooring. The house was not very clean. There were two giant roaches in the cabinet of the guest bathroom that had been dead for a very long time, but never cleaned. Some of the knives were dirty, I tried my best to clean what I could. The floors were pretty dirty with giant hair piles in the the corners.

This sweet coral house was great! Clean comfortable and just steps to the beach! Next time need to bring our grill tools, but other than that a perfect place!

Perfect beach house

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location! The check-in process was very easy, the house was clean and had everything we could possibly need. It’s a very quiet area of the beach with great views. We would definitely come back.

Nice and quiet

The property was very clean, all the essentials were provided, the beds were sooo soft and comfy! We had a quiet and relaxing time walking the beach, just what we were looking for. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Great Vacation!

The property was as pictured. We selected it for the beach access and sleeping arrangements for our girls' weekend.Plenty of outdoor seating. We used the grill too! The kids had boogie boards and sand toys to play with.We had a lovely long weekend stay. I am very pleased with my first VRBO experience.

Amazing girls trip!

We loved the home, and that it was directly on a beautiful beach. It was an amazing stay. The hot water heater was even good enough to handle 6 women showering back to back in both showers and we all had hot water. The outside shower was very nice too. No one wanted to leave. We will definetly be booking this home again for our trips.

Disappointed

This location is perfect as it is right on the beach. Unfortunately the condition of the property has severely deteriorated in just 12 months from when we were there last year. The major issues were the AC struggled to cool down and it was frequently 80° inside. None of the exterior lights were working downstairs (even after the maintenance man tried to fix it) so we couldn’t enjoy this area after it was dark. Some of the wooden slats on the deck had came loose and was a potential safety issue with our young kids, but I just went ahead and fixed them. Lupe did a great job responding quickly to our concerns and getting people out there to address the issues. The pictures online do not reflect the current state of the property. Unless the owners of the property do some major repairs, we will not be staying at this property again.

The place was clean and the view was great. It was nice they have chairs, boogie boards, and toys for kids. The only issue I had was I messaged the property manager to ask about laundry, and they never responded. Other than that we had a great time.

Great Location on the Beach and Spotless

We had a great time in this house- Wonderful location and a nice distance from the parking barrier. The house was really clean. We saw cleaning staff on the way in and out, and a repairman came for the dishwasher. Everyone we met connected with the managing staff was super friendly.
