Very shabby old furniture. Air vents very dirty. Tolit seat in master bathroom needs to be replaced. Lamps broken. I have pictures if needed. Access to beach very nice. I have pictures if needed.

Good but had difficulties with the hot water working in the bathroom, several things were missing or broken in the house including an ottoman, knobs missing from stove, and the master bath toilet paper holder. They did offer to have a repair guy come in and help but we didn’t want repairs during our vacation. Their communication was excellent just wish someone had looked over the property and fixed these things before we got there.

From the time we pulled in, this home had everything we needed! Our favorite part was the excellent location- you can walk to anything you need! The beach, pier, restaurants, and shopping are all within a couple of minutes walk! The property was comfortable and had everything we needed, even Coffee and olive oil! It might sound silly, but those types of things matter when you need them! Washer and dryer on the beach is a must, so that helped too! The property manager did a great job of staying in touch with us! 10/10 recommend!

Perfect location. Nice large rooms. We could walk to dinner and shopping and of course the beach. We had a 2 yr old an 8 month old along with grandma and grandpa so the distances were doable.

GREAT BEACH ACCESS

Great place to stay for a few days when you want to be close to Tybee Island Beach, easy to find, easy check in and check out, parking for 2 cars, elevator to unit, very basic amenities provided.

Great condo

We stayed here with 6 people for celebration of the New Year & to complete some work in Savannah. The accommodations were spacious & quiet. Definitely would recommend this to anyone. Just steps from the beach, restaurants, & shops downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at Catch the Breeze condo with Southern Belle Vacation Rentals. The location was perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Southern Belle was a wonderful host, responding quickly to any questions or concerns, which made our stay stress-free. The elevator was a huge help for my mom, who uses a walker, and made getting in and out easy.The condo was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with towels, linens, dishes, and cookware. While the TVs were a bit small, having one in each room was a nice touch. We loved relaxing on the balcony in the evenings.Overall, a lovely stay—we’d happily return on our next trip to Tybee Island!
