Two Bedroom Condo with Pool at Tybee's North Beach

This second floor two bedroom two bath unit features high ceilings, hardwood floors, modern décor and an open-concept kitchen and living space. Kitchen features include imported Carrera Marble counter tops and Kitchen Aid appliances. Living room features 65” smart tv with cable and wifi so you can keep up-to-date with all your online streaming shows.

Grounds overlook Jaycee Park in the National Historic Fort Screven District which includes Soccer fields, basketball courts, shuffleboard, a playground and more. Tybee's bike path is great for touring the island and runs along the east side of the park.

Pool Seasonality: The Barracks Pool is open year-round. It is heated on the following date range:
October 1 – December 15
March 1 – May 30
The pool is not and will not be heated from December 15 through March 1 as the air temps are too cool to maintain an adequate swimming temp.

Enjoy a short walk to North Beach to enjoy the sand and surf or a bite to eat at the North Beach Grill.

Free off-street parking for 2 vehicles makes staying on Tybee even easier for you and your guests.

This unit can be combined to make a four bedrooms four bath unit.

Cleaning Precautions: After each guest checks out, we have professional housekeepers clean each vacation home from top to bottom with disinfectant, wiping down all surfaces and floors. All towels and linens are professionally laundered and individually vacuumed packed until needed. When the housekeepers are complete a member of our team inspects the home, using gloves and/or disinfectant wipes, to ensure nothing was missed and restock any cleaning supplies. We strive to provide the most comfortable environment for your stay.

Great Relaxing Stay

Cute condo

We had a really great time staying at the barracks! My son really enjoyed game room in the basement and the pool. I really liked the cleanliness of the property and the proximity to the beach and playground!

Great location for north beach. Check in was awkward because the code had not been set to last 4 digits of our phone number. Had to call and Cory gave me a different number that worked. Kitchen- new refrigerator but no freezer access, they have it blocked off. Toaster was cheap made and makes sparks & flame. I reported by email. Utensils for cooking below average, cheap quality. The one beat up skillet provided should be replaced, no spatula provided. Wi-Fi was adequate. Luggage has to be carried up by stairway, difficult for elderly.

Great Location, but...

A veneer of pleasant design but not much beyond that. There was no washer/dryer as advertised. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The one useful pan was so filthy it took ten minutes to scrub clean. There were lids for no pots and no lid for the one big pan. No salad bowl. No cutting board. Dirty dishes and cutlery. A blender base with no container. A refrigerator water filter that needed replacement. Scratchy, cheap linens. Used bandaids on the floor. So all in all, not very well maintained.
