This property is being offered to rent by Beaches of South Walton Vacations - a rental management company managing vacation rentals in Seagrove Beach Florida for 17 years. After your Reservation Request is accepted your dates will be secure, and you will receive a call closer to your arrival date. The person that pays for the reservation is also required to sign and return a Reservation Confirmation form that will be emailed after we speak to that person over the telephone closer to the arrival date.

A damage deposit is not charged in advance, and it is not required to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that would cost extra, however, it is required that a valid MasterCard or Visa card be held at the Beaches of South Walton Vacations rental management office to have for any damage should it occur during your stay at the property. This is required even if you choose to purchase Damage Protection Insurance that is offered to you from the Vrbo advertising site. The actual physical card is not needed.

Full payment is required when booking through the Vrbo advertising site. You can elect to buy travel insurance. If you do not buy travel insurance through the Vrbo advertising site, the phone number and Website to the travel insurance company can be provided to you later if you would like. Please keep in mind that the insurance company might not sell insurance within 30 days of an arrival date. You will need to check with them about that and for pricing. If you buy travel insurance, the insurance company can sometimes reimburse you for monies lost should you need to cancel for an emergency within 60 days of the arrival date.

The name of this studio is "Sans Souci" which means "No Worries." Sans Souci is a corner, ground floor, poolside unit that has everything you will need for a relaxing, carefree, and well-appointed vacation. It is only about a 90 second walk to the beach.

A 4-night minimum is usually required over all major holidays except July 4th week is usally a 5-night minimum and Christmas is a 3-night minimum. A minimum age of 25 is required to rent and stay at the property. The unit can sleep two adults in the queen Murphy bed. An extra child is o.k. if they still sleep in a crib or pack-n-play or shares the queen Murphy bed with parents. Pets or smoking are not allowed at the property. Trailers of any kind, boats, or RV's are prohibited. Parking is for one vehicle only, and golf carts are not allowed.

We do not advertise that the condo has a washer and dryer because the unit has an unusual European style washer and dryer where laundry is washed and dried in the same barrel, and it only allows very small loads and takes a very long time for the wash and dry cycle to complete - about 4-5 hours. You would be allowed to use the washer/dryer if you wanted to, but you would just need to keep in mind that it would take a long time to dry anything, or your laundry might not get dry at all if too much is put in the barrel.
