About this property

Private Lakefront- Hot Tub - Sunsets

4 season cottage that boasts 2000 sq feet of living space. Located on a mature treed gentle sloping lakefront with beautiful views of Green Lake and amazing sunsets. The lake is part of a 3 lake chain that offers endless opportunities for swimming, fishing, boating, and water sports. Situated on a private lot with only neighbours to the right, and yet minutes away from local amenities.
Families with young kids will appreciate the small beach area with shallow water.

THE INDOOR SPACE:
You'll love spending time in the expansive living room, featuring cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a welcoming fireplace. Furnished for comfort, the living room also includes a 65-inch TV with Roku for streaming from your own accounts. Adjacent to the living area is a game zone with a convertible air hockey and pool table (game table subject to change).

The kitchen and dining space offer ample counter area and abundant seating, all with a picturesque view of the stunning lake. Whether enjoying meals or witnessing breathtaking sunsets, the unobstructed views are a highlight of the dining experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, complete with children's dinnerware, a high chair, and seating for up to 10 guests.

The communal areas are situated at the rear of the house, while all bedrooms are located at the front, ensuring a peaceful retreat for rest and relaxation.

THE OUTDOOR SPACE:
The backyard boasts breathtaking views of the lake and is enveloped by mature trees, providing ample shade. Extensive green space at the rear and side allows for various lawn activities such as spike ball, ring toss, and badminton. With no neighbors to the left or directly across, you'll enjoy a sense of seclusion. To the left, a forested area enhances the feeling of being in your own private oasis. Moreover, a natural barrier of trees ensures privacy and tranquility with neighboring properties on the right.

Our lakefront is perfect for water activities. Guests can easily grab a kayak, canoe, paddle boat, or tin boat to explore not only Green Lake but also the connecting lakes for exploration and fishing adventures. Anglers will appreciate the peaceful lake, characterized by minimal motor traffic and abundant catches such as smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, yellow perch, and muskie.

Young children adore the small beach adorned with sand toys. The lakefront features shallow waters extending approximately 200 feet, providing an ideal environment for children to wade in and play in the sand. While the cottage shoreline may be weedier, we have cleared a generous section measuring approximately 20 by 40 feet for your enjoyment. The lake deepens significantly after 500 feet (weed free), providing an excellent spot for swimming and jumping in.

Excellent family vacation
We had a wonderful time at the cottage with our family. Emily was a great host, very communicative and prompt to respond to any questions we had. The property had everything we expected and more, with lots of space and the toys for the water, as well as the small beach on the property, it was a wonderful getaway and we highly recommend.
