The location couldn’t be better. The lovely clean pool and the beautifully kept gardens made our holiday.
The apartment was good with a great supply of beach towels being a bonus
We are delighted with accomodation and hospitality. Appartement was clean, well equiped, and good positioned on walking distance of Old City. Carlos is nice host and we would like to book again the same appartement for late September-begining of October this year!
We stayed in the apartment during Easter, for the second year in a row. Everything is great with the apartment and the location could not be better. Carlos is also a friendly and service minded host. We hope to come back!

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut eingerichtet, sauber und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Hervorragend ist die Lage an der Uferpromenade und zu den Supermärkten.

Le condo est très bien situé, a distance de marche de tout incluant restaurant, épicerie, plage, vieux Marbella. Il y a un grand balcon vue sur la mer et on entend les vagues. Il y a aussi une superbe piscine.
Le condo est très propre et jolie. Un petit bémol, il est dommage que nous avons dû acheter des produits basique que normalement est fourni tel que papier de toilette, mouchoir, essuie -tout, savon pour le linge, shampooing, conditionneur, savon pour le corps.
Nous recommandons fortement ce condo
C’est exactement ce que nous cherchions : un appartement propre, fonctionnel, avec une place de garage, une magnifique vue sur la mer et tout à pied (plages, bars et restaurants, centre historique…)
Une belle résidence avec une belle piscine. Les espaces communs, le jardin et la piscine sont parfaitement entretenus.
Nous avons été accueillis de façon très gentille malgré notre retard d’arrivée (avion retardé)

Condo was quiet yet centrally located to EVERYTHING Marbella has to offer. We’ve stayed in Marbella 4 times over the last several years and this was the best accommodation we’ve had. Master bedroom mattress was so comfortable and one single bed was used in the 2nd bedroom which was also comfortable. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you, Carlos!

Ninguna de esas observaciones fueron realizadas durante su estancia al servicio de atención al cliente que tenemos contratado. Nos consta que acudió al mismo por una incidencia con el ajuste de la TV, que fue solventado de forma inmediata. El mobiliario es reemplazado periódicamente y el menaje ampliado a gusto del cliente. Primer comentario de insatisfacción recibido.
The apartment was very well suited for a family of four. The location is perfect, the landlord is service minded and friendly and the apartment was clean and with all ameneties needed. We hope to come back!

Estimado Javier, gracias por facilitarnos su comentario relativo a su última estancia en nuestro apartamento. Nos ha sorprendido sin embargo su sugerencia relativa al cambio de colchón. Es totalmente nuevo, el antiguo fue reemplazado el día uno del presente mes de Agosto.
Really liked the apartment great location.It was well equipped with everything you need for everyday living. The pool area and gardens were lovely.Only minor thing is we would have liked two sets of door keys.Would go back again.

We probably didn´t explain clearly the day of your arrival, that the office next to the main entrance of the building could assist you with any need during your stay. Extra towels, kitchen utensils, or spare keys....

Great location on the sea front .direct access to the promenade and beach . Gardens and pool area very well maintained also nice staff . Apartment was spacious and clean with a large balcony . Very well equipped plenty of towels and bedding . 1 minute walk to shops restaurants etc . No WiFi but Carlos can arrange it no problem overall we had a great holiday and really enjoyed our time here.

We had a good stay in the apartment,the view and location is perfect, however the apartment needs maintenance, for example loose toiletseat, loose watertap, and no wifi,this has to be arranged seperately. Chairs at balcony were uncomfortable and needed cushions,would have been nice to have a dishwasher also since all the glassware in cupboards were not really clean.However Edificio Imperator has a great location and would surely stay again.

We felt home the entire 6 weeks. Very nice people in the entire building. Great concierge. Carlos was the gracious host and we just enjoyed every bit of our stay. Very centrally located , near the shops and markets and restaurants.

En feriebolig som trænger til opgradering/vedligeholdelse
Marbella er en skøn ferieby, placeringen af boligen er rigtig god, men da Imperator er omkring 40 år trænges der kraftig til vedligeholdelse/forbedringer. Køkkenredskaberne var meget mangelfuld. Panderne var så runde i bunden at de stort set var ubrugelige. Pudset i entréen faldt ned flere steder, håndklædestangen var faldt ned, dårlig belysning da flere pære var sprunget, ingen vejledning til TV, Ingen WIFI i lejligheden men kun i lobbyen og den fungerede dårligt og var tit ude af drift. Sengene i værelset var meget korte og dårlig at ligge i. Sengetøjet var gammelt og slidt.
Der er godt med aften og natteliv, men der er meget støj indtil midt på natten.
Ejer og vicevært var flinke og hjælpsomme, men det kan dårligt opveje ulemperne.
Vi rejser gerne til Marbella igen men vil finde en anden bolig hos HomeAway.

Our overall impression of property was 6 out of 10 - Stay from March 18 to 26 2016
Marbella and location of property was outstanding. We were a 2 minute walk to beach and view from condo was outstanding. We cannot say enough about the location. Close to restaurants, grocery store and any convenience you can think of. The walk to historic area of Marbella was within 15 minutes. The boardwalk was better than anything we have seen in either the French or Italian Riviera. If these are the only things you care about, this is the property for you.
The actual condo building is clean but interior is in need of a little renovation but is not bad. The indoor parking was good and building is secure. The condo itself is spacious, a good size 2 bedroom and a good size bathroom area. The general impression is that the condo needs a new paint job and kitchen could do with some updating. If you are staying here for only a couple of days, you can put up with some of the deficiencies but for longer stays, some corrections are required, and would not be difficult.
1/ Needs internet connection in condo. Only available in downstairs lobby and this was not always reliable. Major drawback.
2/ Beds are uncomfortable. If trying to get return customers or elevated reviews this needs to be corrected.
3/ Lack of instructions as to how various things work in condo. There are heating panels on walls ( which we figured out on day 2 ) as middle of March 2016 was quite cool. We finally saw a switch on a panel in living room and each of 2 bedrooms. (needs instructions )
4/ Toilet kept running after flushing.
5/ Linen was thread bare.
6/ TV system difficult to operate. ( needs instructions )
This property has potential but needs an overhaul. If improvements were made based on above comments ( even if price increase ) would stay again.
