We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the house. The only exception is the game room there was only 1 game not working and the other only one joystick worked. We weren’t provided a skimmer for the pool or a grill. However even without all those things we had a wonderful time and the host was very communicative and answered questions right away.

We loved our stay and it was perfect for our family. The location was excellent and very convenient drive to the parks. The home had a few signs of normal wear and tear, but nothing that impacted our stay at all. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again.

This property was amazing, exactly how it was pictured. My family and I had a great time. I would recommend this property over and over again. David was super responsive and check in/out was smooth. Can't wait to go back again.

This home was perfect for our family vacation. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. Certainly enough room for a family of 15. The younger children spent so much time in the pool. It was close to all amenities. Would definitely recommend this property.

The house was not as clean as id prefer. We did have a washer, freezer handle not work. The game room amenities were way past there prime and probably should be replaced. Duct tape on games in the game room really cheapened the experience. Some of the movie room seats were broken and the screen system was not user friendly and had some wires poorly attached. The location was amazing, and the community was clean and quiet. There was a issue with the gate not working properly. Certainly more for our money then staying at a resort in Disney, but wish they kept the places up better because the selling points of the property are the most run down.

We loved the pool, the hot tub, and the game room! The themed rooms were fun for the kids. I was disappointed that I had to rent a grill when there was already one there at the house. That seemed like a way to get more money out of us. Otherwise, our stay was great!

Amazing property, excellent host with great communication skills. Our family was able to enjoy our vacation and not worry about anything. So happy with the place and location to and from the parks. Many spacious and clean rooms. We hope to use David again in the near future.

This is a beautiful home and we selected this option based on the amenities. There were several issues that needed to be resolved during our stay. I spent a considerable amount of time calling to get the AC, TVs, and pool heat operable. I did receive a refund for the pool heat. However, I feel there is more owed to me based on my continued need to contact support for support. As I explained to the owner, there is a considerable amount of planning and financial obligation for a vacation of this magnitude. Some additional time and repairs are needed to for guest to enjoy this home.

Our family, 3 generations, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms for a large family. We cooked in for several meals and found it stocked with a nice assortment of pots, pans, and appliances. Parking is convenient. The kids loved the game room, themed rooms and we also enjoyed the Bronson Club lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.
