Wonderful Family Spot

We enjoyed our long weekend out of the snow to enjoy biking and friends. The home was clean and the yard was perfect for our kiddos to play. The location was easy to bike to downtown Fruita, bike park and river. The host was awesome and answered any questions I had. We loved it so much we booked one more night. We will be back!

Stylish and Cozy

We enjoyed the interior design and eclectic pieces in the home. We LOVED the open floor plan. The kitchen was very nice and was easy to find everything. Pots and pans could use an update but otherwise everything else was great. The bathroom is really nice and spacious. Both rooms are a great space. The master king bed frame was so cool and the built in corner desk that matched the bed frame was a great touch. The bed was comfortable. The couch was so comfy. We napped on it the first day we arrived. It was nice having a washer and dryer available as well. We definitely got use of it. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It's a great location and very quiet which is nice since we have a little one.

Nice stay

Clean, easy to get to and close to things in fruita. Only note would be that there isn't a great place to store bikes overnight, ended up leaving them locked to the bike trailer. Not a big deal at all

Cute and comfortable

We had a very nice few days in Fruita hiking McInnis Canyon. The house was very comfortable and very well decorated. Had everything we needed to make for a great anniversary celebration. Plan to stay again when we visit the area.
